Things are very different since the pandemic, I went there for taco Tuesday and to have drinks for my birthday. They fixed the outside parking area really nice for outside dining, But we ended up going inside once inside the atmosphere was still nice as always our waitress was nice and pleasant and helpful since there's no paper menus anymore we had to QR scan it and have it on our phones. We ordered drinks my Midori Sour was good. My friend ordered a Strawberry & peach margaritas which was not it had no flavor of either Strawberry or peach but had a orange slice in it. We told our waitress and she brought over a cup some flavor to add to the margarita. We also ordered steak & a salmon tacos & chicken wings BBQ & lemon pepper. The steak tacos were ok too much cilantro and too dry. The lemon pepper chicken wings didn't really taste like lemon pepper but they were ok. So by the end of the night I ordered 2 items to go. And when we received the check there was a 18% gratuity service added which was $18. And I was thinking I had to pay that and tip the waitress the 15% which would have been $15. I ask for the manager she came over and explained that any time a bill is over a $100 that gratuity is 18%. and I'm to tip the waitress her 15% tip on top of that she said no. But my point for bringing it up is nowhere is that stated and since the pandemic they don't have paper menus it needs to be posted.

If I could give a 0-star, I would. We arrived and were seated in the patio because we did not have a negative COVID test, nor am I vaccinated. No problem with that; I understand the policies. Well, my server, Christina, got our order and brought the food pretty quickly. So far, so good. The FIRST issue was hair in one of the plates. Christina came and took the plate a little mad and replaced it. SECOND issue came when I was eating my Philly Steak Omelet, and halfway, I bite a rock that was inside the omelet. I showed Christina the rock and asked her to replace the plate. The THIRD issue came at the time of the check. Christina charged me half the omelet because I ate half the omelet before I found a rock in the food I was chewing. As soon as I started to explain to her, she walked away, saying she would get a manager. The "manager" came and told me Christina charged me half because she has given me four plates already. Which I told the manager I wouldn't be fighting about it if it was just a hair. I found a rock on the plate, not just a hair. The "manager" understood and removed the charge. Then, I had to sit for 10 minutes before walking to the inside of the restaurant because Christina forgot she had customers in the patio. Her service was not the best and with a horrible attitude. Needless to say, I won't recommend this place to anyone looking for a brunch or even a nice time.

This place has went downhill. I'm so disappointed. I use to be a regular here when the ladies were the bartenders. It was always a vibe. The weekly and happy hour specials were delicious and worth the price. Now this guy (i think he's Hispanic) he's the bartender and claims he's the manager 🙄 (I've met the Caucasian guy who's the owner, so cool and a nice guy) anyway, this guy bartender was so rude and racist. Tried to embarrass me and my husband in front of his regulars because the sliders he attempted to serve us were EMBARRASSING! Buns smashed, hard and stale. We simply asked him to refund us because we got the bill before we even got the food which took so long only to come out inedible. To add insult to injury he tried to double charge us. Then when we refused to pay a 2nd time, he insulted us by saying "if you just wanted free stuff you could've just said that! I have never been so disrespected at this establishment. He even was rude to another black couple that came in and they did the smart thing and just left! He needs to treat everyone fairly regardless of his personal feeling or issues he clearly has with black customers. We go there for what USE TO BE diversity. Not to get treated like were poor and looking for hand outs. He need to do better before he tears down a staple restaurant. Bring the 2 ladies BACK ASAP! They were the best 👌

So I made a reservation for 6 since I was inviting my son (who had gotten into a car accident earlier that day) and his family out to eat for dinner which was only himself his wife and daughter. I also had my kids with me. The egg rolls were amazing and the orange shrimp with White rice Was amazing as well. The cucumber salad was too sweet and the chicken noodle soup taste like dirty water, specifically with bouillon and added vegetables. The server which had one arm for everyone clear to see was very nice in the beginning as she served all of our food. My 15 year old has Type 1 diabetes sat at the table while we ate because her food still had not been presented to her which was Spicy shrimp fried rice. For some reason, it took much longer than usual and by the time she bought my daughters spicy shrimp fried rice she began to eat it as she was now very hungry from watching all of us eat. I asked my daughter how did her spicy shrimp fried rice taste and she said good. …Well about four minutes of eating it. She pulled a long stringy hair out of her mouth and immediately lost her appetite. I was so happy that she did not throw up from the look on her face of discomfort or disgust. Plus my daughter had already administered her own insulin To cover the meal. So I told the server with one arm and she said “whatttt?!… let me take this to the back and see what’s going on! When she came back to the table, she said loudly “everyone has their hairnet on back there and no one has curly hair, and that is a piece of curly hair.” I Was surprised that she would come to me and say what type of hair it is as if someone at the table put the hair in my daughters food just so she can pull it back out of her mouth! My tab was $100 and I had ordered mango sticky rice to go and I cannot believe that she was so rude after paying for the food. I went over to her as she stood at Register and waited for my receipt. I told her “I don’t appreciate you coming to the table and speaking loudly to me for everyone to hear in the restaurant about what type of hair was in my daughters food after they took forever to prepare it and to sit and watch her pool that long, nasty string of hair out of her mouth.” “I have money, Clearly, money is not the problem here and I made the reservation, and paid for the food and even order something to go!…so how dare her seem as if we planted the hair. I told her she should have just apologize for the inconvenience and left it at that, not stand at the table and Go back-and-forth like that, she was rude and she interrupted me and says, no I was just relating a message from the manager. I said “no!”, I stopped her from speaking and I said “no, you were rude not the manager! … and she says “thank you!” All loud As I walked away back to the table And I said “you’re NOT welcomed! Loudly back …and we all left. Never going Back again, and we threw away the to go box of...

The night manager, Dylan Sylvester, very rude young man, very rude for some reason he keep approaching me and a family member about a matter. We don't even know what he's talking about. He makes such a horrible scene every time my cousin walked in there this young lady barely even go up in there we saw altercation where a bartender was arguing with a customer and tell them to come out and fight, pulling us to the side, letting us know what's going on. He makes this big outburst, I also have been in there a bartender behind the bar to fight a patriot. She was telling her to come outside. Let's see if you come outside. I'm like that's not how you do business and he was entertaining it. He's never once tried to diffuse it he kept telling us you guys don't know what happened at the bar. It don't matter. Customer service is not a bartender come behind the bar to fight a customer , also he's real loud he he just goes so big. I know he's abusive man because he has that personality. I wanna get to the bottom of this matter with us because we don't even know him never had no altercation with him and he keeps saying we had some kind of words with him. We actually think this man have us mixed up with someone. He's not someone that you can say well can you put me to the side and let me know what's going on? He makes such a big big Thing scene and we are very nice young ladies who love to dance, never caused drama he always come in so foul I really don't think that's the position for him and would you keep calling up there? They act like there is no one you can speak to. I'm going all the way on this...
