I placed a togo order at the Woodland Hills Pfchangs Location almost everyweek. I love this Pfchangs location most of the employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and make the Woodland Hills Pfchangs location a great place to visit and dine in or out. I have a 4 year old daughter that takes gymnastics classes twice a week at Elite Gymnastics on Calif Street around the corner and up the street from this Pfchangs location after class she loves to order carbs lol the KIDS Lo mein chicken and snap peas EVERY WEEK some dine in orders but since covid mostly togo orders. The togo staff are always helpful do an amazing taking my orders over the phone and sometimes they bring my orders to my car sometimes I go inside to pick up my orders I always tip because of the experience and people are working hard through the pandemic. This evening I walked inside the Woodland Hills Pfchangs location to pick up the food. While getting my order I overheard a man dressed like a manager and a male server. The man in the manager like clothing said "They are complaining about the food they Hate it or whatever" more was said the tone and conversation that made me feel uncomfortable I felt bad for the customers. I myself could have been that customer because the womens table was right outside the door where the Manager was loudly speaking it was unprofessional. I got all the way home to feed my family Chinese Chicken Salad Shimp Dumplings Dynamite Shrimp Lo mein Chicken and Snap Peas 55-60 dollar meal and I was unhappy with my food. The month of December the proportion of the kids Lo mein chicken and snap peas has not has not measured up to proportions prepared so many times before. I simply called This Pfchangs location to inform the manager of my concerns on the proportion sizes of the kids Lo mein and snap peas. The shift manager was Mr. NEO (He spelled it) His response to my concerns about the how my child's food has been prepared was "Kids Meals are made for Kids". I felt that responses was extremely Rude. That him a manager the shift manager December 7th 2021 evening between 8-9:30pm 1st response wasn't something more professional with better customer service. I asked to speak to a supervisor Mr Neo than informed me that I could make a complaint on Pfchangs website he was the manager so I took his advice and I am writing this review as he adviced me to do because he's the manager and did not have a supervisor over him. After hearing Mr. Neo's voice over the phone I realized he was the same man dressed in manager like clothing he was unprofessional not helpful and rude ruined my...

P.F. Chang’s in Woodland Hills delivers a consistently excellent dining experience, standing out from other locations in both food quality and service. The bartenders here are a true highlight—warm, personable, and attentive, making every visit feel like a welcoming experience.

However, one major drawback dampens the experience: the Happy Hour specials are only available at the bar, leaving guests at tables without access to the same deals. This limitation often leads to frustration when bar seating isn’t available, forcing us to seek dining options elsewhere. Expanding Happy Hour pricing to all tables during the designated times would be a meaningful improvement, ensuring loyal customers can enjoy the offerings regardless of where they’re seated.

Aside from this policy oversight, the food remains exceptional. The flavors are consistently well-executed, with this location standing out as one of the best in terms of taste and presentation. The servers are professional, friendly, and efficient, contributing to the restaurant’s inviting atmosphere.

Overall, P.F. Chang’s Woodland Hills is an excellent spot for quality Chinese and Asian-inspired cuisine, complemented by a top-notch bar staff. With a simple adjustment to Happy Hour accessibility, it would be an even stronger contender for a go-to dining...

An unforgettable dining and catering experience.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the P. F Chang’s Restaurant, Woodland Hills, CA, operates on a level of excellence that goes far beyond great food. The restaurant manager, Mr. D’Anthonie, set the tone for the entire evening. He was very attentive, gracious, and effortlessly professional. Every detail was handled with precision and care, yet the atmosphere remained full of warmth, smiles, and genuine joy.

The catering was absolutely exceptional: beautifully presented, perfectly timed, and bursting with flavor. It felt as though every member of the team took personal pride in creating an experience that was both celebratory and seamless. Laughter filled the space, service flowed effortlessly, and yet there was a refined professionalism underlying it all that elevated the entire occasion.

This wasn’t just a meal for us and our guests as we celebrated with friends and family, it was a memory. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough for anyone seeking not only outstanding food, but also the kind of thoughtful, joyful hospitality that turns an event into something truly special. Bravo to the amazing manager, Mr. D’Anthonie and the entire team for exceeding every...

Make sure to check your pickup order before leaving the place. Also be prepare for some slow service during the pick up or food not being ready at your pick up time. We did the SoCal Wonderland in the same plaza, so we decided to order pickup from here since it's basically where you exit. We got to the place like 5 minutes before our pick up time since we finish the drive thru event early. When we walked in, we were the only ones inside and someone greeted us to let us know our food will be ready in 15 minutes so about 10 minutes after our pick up time. During waiting for our food, 3 other party came in to pick up their orders but no one greeted them until like 10 minutes later. When our food came out, I knew to check it there because I had a missing dish at other place and of course they forgot the Hot N Sour soup so I had to wait for that dish to come out. The portion they give for take out now is very little compared to when you're eating there. I know with Covid, we have to be understanding about certain things but small portions and service not being that great was not what I was expecting. The food was okay with the little portions we got but I don't plan on ordering take out from here again.

As a young teen traveling with adults who do drink it's hard to find a place that serves good drinks for adults and kids along with good food. P.F.Changs changed that. With lots of bar options and non alcoholic options. With seating for everyone up to about 10 people. And they allow young adults my age to sit at the bar as long as they aren't crazy so your adults in the family can have better assistance in drinks and it's just easier for happy hour. I would recommend the peach boba drink for people who like popping boba and somewhat sweet drinks as a non alcoholic item. Along with the chicken lettuce wraps, the vegan option isn't the best if you don't like oily fried tofu. Otherwise the restaurant is really bold yet modest. With their signature black and red. I really appreciate their prices too. It's not to expensive for the quality of the food. The food packs lots of flavor and for drinks and main dishes I'd say the food is about $20 per person and appetizers for the fam can cost 10+.

Unfortunately today’s experience was really disappointed we order our beverages (2 beers ) and one of them was expired I told the server and she didn’t even apologize she just ask me if I want it another one and took the beer can and came back to the table to inform me omission ultimate beer was sold out. We ate ask for the check and she was charging for the experience beer she immediately took the check and took it out; when I give her the money to pay and since the Manager (Brian) was passing by I told him about the experience beer and he thank me for the information didn’t said anything else and the server told him she had already inform the other manager (Amy) which is really bizarre that she didn’t came to our table. Moreover when the server brought my change back it was short $10 I told her and she get mad pull the cash and coins from me and pull out a lil gray bag she had and gave me the $10 and start counting the money and left it on the table and walk away.
