Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Last Saturday I went drive-thru around 3ish pm Location: Oxnard St and Canoga Ave in woodland hills, Ca. There were 4 cars in front of me. I placed my order, noticed the line wasn't moving at all. In all thruth, it took 40 minutes to get my drink....40 MINUTES...it was actully NOT A BUSY TIME for Starbucks. This is suppose to be faster, but NO! .. People order, then AGAIN order MORE FOOD/ DRINKS at the pay/pick up window. THAT'S NOT FAIR. If we go drive thru is because we ARE IN A HURRY. Starbucks don't mind the extra orders but the person behind the one ABUSING THE SYSTEM is not too happy with the whole service and on top of that THERES IS A TIP choice?? I THINK NOT!! Please get rid of the TIP choice, doesn't apply to the slow service. You want us to TIP for the ridiculous SLOW SERVICE?? 40 MINUTES to get a drink at Starbucks drive...

This was without doubt the worst grocery outlet I have ever shopped in. And this is diversity of products was very limited and the prices were outrageously overpriced and well above other major Grove Street food lines such as Ralphs Vons pavilions and even Aldi and trader Joe so I don't recommend this place at all which is a brand new store in Pasadena.
