The employees here are what made me give one star. They attempted to prevent me and the guest after me from ordering food. The lady's behind the counter today at 1120am stated that although they offer the Brussels sprouts with carrots they cannot accommodate making it. When asked why, she stated that because it's not out which was an invalid reason causing me to demand offing them. After a very strong request through several staff members, I was able to receive the product which is marketed. I have never had such a difficult time ordering food. It ruined my meal. Similarly, the gentleman after me had the same issue with the shrimp and walnut. As a consumer I find that this level of customer service would deter people from patronizing this establishment. I can assure you that I promise I will never patronize the west la location ever again due to the customer service. Additionally, on a separate note, please bring back the tofu with eggplant. I don't know why it was taken off
** In response to the comment left by Panda Express, as it is a specialty restaurant close to a high-income area, consisting of a diversity of consumers, the fact that it is a specialty restaurant should be what sets this establishments service apart. I am even shocked that a company would attempt to justify the fact that its a specialty restaurant in hopes of buffering service. As a specialty restaurant within the company, the service should exceed that of the other restaurant locations, which it doesn't. I had the opportunity to revisit this establishment since my initial review and i can express that the service is still rather mediocre and personally needs to be evaluated. I would strongly reconsider looking into the overall service at this...
Read moreI happened to be passing by when I got the craving for Panda express. I came in with no expectations and jist starting my day. I ordered my meal but noticed choices where slim. Stranger still they were only cooking what was already available (i was there 45 min, No internet orders). I ordered what I thought looked fresh and went to pay. I asked if they accepted EBT she sneered and said no. Then asked if it was to go, i said for here. A woman interrupted quickly and asked for the bathroom code. it was given with no hesitation. When the cashier came back to me. She asked again "is this to Go" I repeated.. no its for Here. I pay for my food with ATM and sit down. I realize I need to wash my hands and ask for the code. She looks me up and down, replys "ill buzz you in." Despite her having given the women's restroom code a few seconds prior. By this point I didn't want to eat there. But did anyway. All in all my exprience there felt...
Read moreI used to love Panda Express the only problem is now is that the portions are so freaking tiny that it's not cool at all like I would say it's a joke but it's not a joke like if I'm going to spend 35 bucks to feed my family then I should get enough portion sizes to make it worth it. And it's not just this company it's almost every food company out there. Like I used to go to California Chicken Cafe and I knew the second they got bought out when you get little bags of pre-measured portions like I haven't eaten there in years and I used to eat there at least once a week and then they started adding iceberg lettuce to there Chinese chicken salad which was always just Romaine and they think we don't...
