YUM! Plank47's food is so amazingly delicious. While I haven't had their pizza yet (I will someday!!), I have had nearly every single one of their sandwiches, and I would have every single one again! Their chicken parm is my favorite - I love how robust their marinara sauce is, and the roasted peppers they add really set this sandwich apart from others I've had. :) Their prices are great, too; you can pay a meager $1 to add a HUGE side of fries on to any sandwich. And their mozz sticks? OMG! For $8, you get TWELVE perfectly seasoned and fried mozz sticks -- so many, and they're so so good! I’ve lived next to this place for years. I’ve never tried it because no one is ever inside. So in my desperate attempt to feed my starving self this past Friday I figured it would be better than a can of hormel chili. And, wow...I was shocked! I had the Italian sub with fries. It was great! Ordered the Fu Gazzi pizza and a salad. The salad was good but the pizza was dry. I asked after I ate one piece if they put any sauce on the dough before the toppings. They said no, it’s a white pizza. Even if it’s a white pizza I expect white sauce. A white sauce would have been better than no sauce at all. That’s why it’s a dry pizza.
