This was my first time ever at Robeks. My wife and I came in to order an açaí bowl (her favorite, but not always made well), avocado toast, and juice.
While we waited, a sweet employee named Danae called my wife up and said she had accidentally overfilled the bowl. She asked if it was okay to give her the lid on the side. And OF COURSE! Best news ever—getting a little extra is like finding an extra fry at the bottom of the bag when you’re craving just one more.
Danae even gave my wife a compliment, and her kindness and personality made her light up! The bowl she made was absolutely made with love (she even said so herself) and was one of the best açaí bowls we’ve had. The toast and juice were lovely, too.
