Nick, the employee that was working the drive-through took my order correctly I read my order on the raider board Trenta peach, green tea lemonade with classic. When I got to the window, I was presented with a passion, tea lemonade, and Nick explained to me the sticker on the drink said caramel drizzle, but they didnāt put caramel in my drink. OK sounds good, but this is not the correct drink. So he says, what did you order again I repeated a Trenta size peach, green tea, lemonade, with classic. He disappears, and then comes back to the window with a green tea over a little bit of ice. There obviously was no lemonade and no peach and shut the window right away. I waited a moment or two and then I honked my horn. He came back to the window and asked me if everything was OK and I said this is just green tea and I repeated my drink again Trenta size peach green tea lemonade with classic . He takes the drink back inside and then presents me with a water down drink that they had just added lemonade too- no peach no classic was added. Nick takes the drink out of my hand and says, do you still want the peach? So they remake me another drink by this time I was completely disgusted. He tried to hand me what appeared to just be a regular herbal iced tea. No effort at all was made to make me the correct drink. So I asked for my money back and a very rude girl with black hair and a high ponytail said I am sorry we couldnāt get it right for you in a condescending tone. Here is the irony of the whole story. I was handed a receipt that shows a refund for a Trenta size peach green tea, lemonade they didnāt include the classic along with a message on top that said reason for the return I didnāt want not they didnāt bother to make it correctly as what it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a very frustrating drive through experience...the drive through sales associates was not very helpful in listening to what I needed. I asked if I could add what I had on a store credit into my Starbucks app card and he said yes. I told him I think I have $25.00 and he asked if that's what I wanted I said I want to add whatever is in the card. He put $25 to reload and fail to tell me my card had less. Intead he said that I owed him the difference. Then he said I still owe him what I had ordered. Now I have $50 in my card when he could just easily said to me you only have this amount intead of asking for the difference. And then he said I am only doing what you ask for?????!!!! I don't work there I didn't know what he was doing...He is obviously unhappy helping customer. Wrong job for him. He should learned to listen and be more helpful I still love Starbucks. Not that frustrating experience with that sales clerk that kept telling me I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst of all this is an established business, and I go there this morning and go to pay with a 100 bill cause pay day and all I had until I made change, and they told me they just didnāt have it in a well too bad so sad kinda of way. And when I said really?, she in huff was like let me check, asked who I assume is her boss if she had enough and her boss said nope too early and walked away- without any customer service or care. And then the first person was like nope also without any care of service or finding a nice way to say it. Bottom line, a company like that should have change at all hours if it means not losing even one transaction solely due to no change. And also maybe add some kindness and customer service skills to your...
