Someone reach out to me that’s of higher management. I placed an online order at 1140am. I’m on the clock working for FedEx. Take my lunch at 12pm. And sandwiches were scheduled to be ready at 1210pm. I get here on the dot and they are not ready. They say 5 minutes to make them, they didn’t have bacon and aske what I would like to sub for it, they offered double meat. I said ok. Jump to 1235 pm!!! I just get my sandwiches and my lunch is over. The sandishes didn’t have double meat instead of the bacon. Took 50 minutes to get the food. Meanwhile they skip my order to help customers walking in. They made 8 customers, from what I noticed, orders before mine placed an hour ahead of the time they walk in. Read moreI love SUBWAY! service is good and the sandwiches are so delicious, and the soups are perfect especially during the winter. I was disappointed once earlier this year. I took my daughter to the ER that night with severe stomach pain and nausea. On our way home In the morning she was hungry, the first Subway I went to, did not have any soups prepared😔 So we drove on home, and the Subway 2 blocks from my home had fresh hot soups.😃 A similar experience happened to me, this time we knew exactly where to get ourselves some hot soup in the morning. I said the name of the order, I showed the worker my phone with the order on the screen… and she would still not give me my sandwich. I could see my sandwich sitting on the counter, and she would not give it to me.
She called the “manager” and ended up giving me my sandwich after ending the call as she tossed it on the counter without a smile or anything that would make me want to ever go to this location again.
