Went looking for a taco truck heading home from BH to MDR. Glad I swerved out of the way to come here. The birria (goat) ramen was an unexpected delight. I probably won't get it next time but I'm so picky on my ramen. I'll stick with the OMG tacos -- handmade tortilla, lightly fried, birria (beef). I got a side of tortilla (5 for $3) to dip, worked well but dipping an extra taco or two would be even better. Speaking of, i am so full but am considering a taco for the road. Mmm, tacos. Yeah, definitely a good plan. And a lovely spot - a couple of tables under big shade trees with a touch of grass. Particularly on a 90F Friday in October.

This was the BEST food truck I have ever eaten at. The customer service was great; they were able to give recommendations that my husband and I absolutely loved. We had beef birria tacos, consomé for dipping, and birria ramen, all with loads of toppings and sauces, and everything was DELICIOUS! I was only traveling to Cali for two days, so we ate there both days because it was that good! This was a food truck, and they still provided tables and seats to sit and eat your meal, which was a major plus. Lastly, everything is fresh and made to order! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The birria tacos are rich, cheesy, and loaded with meat, definitely the highlight. The consomé was well-seasoned and perfect for dipping. Service was quick and friendly, and portions were generous for the price. Only knock was the atmosphere. There are tables available, but it’s still a food truck setup, so don’t expect much comfort. Nearest restroom is 5 minutes away. That said, the food speaks for itself. Worth a stop if you’re craving quesatacos or birria and want it done right.

It's good, it's real good. Unica has been in the birria game before everybody and their moms decided to jump on the craze. Their tender and flavorful birria comes in beef and goat and both are worth your time. Now that they've posted up cla.swcond truck closer to the Westside, it's become my go to birria, taco, and consome spot.

The star of the show are the queso tacos with birria, do a side by side taste test with goat & beef. Crispy, crunchy, homemade tortillas with the juicy birria countered with cilantro and onions. A cup of consume on the side to dip and you're on the pro level.

Even though they are known specifically for birria, don't forget to order an asada vampiro that's full of meat and avocado, topped with the smokey, spicy maca salsa (gotta ask for it) and you've got a yourself a texture and flavor bomb.

Lastly, the consume that you got for your taco dips has deep flavor and chock-full of meat chunks. A squeeze of lime cuts the richness and you've yourself a cup of healing. They do offer birria ramen but I like to get a large cup to go to add my own noodles and...

Kind and friendly service. They only take cash, though, so be prepared to bring cash. I didn't know this when I visited, but the staff was so understanding and caring that they told me they could also take payment through zelle. So, I immediately sent their payment right after I ordered. Their tacos are some of the best I've ever had. Meat is juicy, tender, soft, and well seasoned. Tortillas felt made from scratch. And, the onions and cilantro were fresh and tasty as well. I also loved their salsas; very spicy and flavorful. Next time I have a craving for great tacos, I'm...
