i’ve been coming here for years. Mind you i leave a mile from the Merca and i’ve lived in the same house for the past 30 years so i come here often. At least 2-3 times a month. They were always good with their customer service and food has always been on point. I’ve always gotten fresas con crema with extra granola on the side. They always gave me a baggie half full for each order. And i was never charged. There’s a young girl and then some guy that’s dark Skin always wearing a hat they’ve always tooken my order and it’s never been an issue. But today after all these years that i’ve gone i came up on an issue. Mind you this specific guy has helped me before so idk what the deal was. All of a sudden they are charging extra for Granola now when they’ve never charged me. I explained to him i always come here and i always get extra granola and i never get charged. I even told him i always see them put 2 scoops in each baggie. And he swore that what he gave me was the regular granola serving including the extra granola i asked for. When i don’t ask for extra granola they only put one scoop. So i ordered 2 fresas con crema and he put 2 scoops saying that was including the extra. When thts typically a regular serving for those 2 orders then. This guy was a male with glasses and was light skinned. I don’t mind paying the extra fee but at least be consistent with what they sell and don’t lie and say the extra granola is included in there when my fata** knows how many scoops a reg serving...

I ordered 2 small ice creams for my kids, I had paid and was waiting for my ice cream. Unfortunately I got distracted and ended up leaving without picking up the ice cream because was carrying other items I had bought. I came the next day asking kindly if there was a way I could get the ice cream I HAD PAID FOR. They denied giving me anything and said " if you leave its not our problem anymore". The guy seemed like he didnt even care or concerned one bit, he was rude , as if I was asking for a handout. I'm definitely not buying from here again. 7/28/25 @ 4:00pm. SMH. If I can only put less stars. The ice cream is good but the customer service is horrible. No education, rudeness, I travel to see my mom from Phoenix and every time I stop to get 5 or 6 Nieves to go $50 to $60 just in Nieves so the people here treat customer like trash is not fair. 12/17/2023 1st customer of the day, waited 39 minutes for them to open .
