First want to start by saying, walking into the establishment was refreshing to know this was a new location in such a popular spot literally convenient to hotels and Hollywood. Want to start off with the chef my hats off to Dijon he really made quality food, for starters I had the chicken salad, juicy tender chicken on a fresh bed of lettuce so yummy and great . I then moved on to some boneless wings that were sauced to perfection, the picture of the ribs on the menu caught my eye so I instantly had to have a taste and my goodness the chef didn’t let me down on that one my ribs were phenomenal I’ve never had an order of ribs so perfectly seasoned, sauced and most of all tender. I also ordered fries and my gosh they were so light, crispy , and seasoned so well. My food came out at the right temperature and I had no complaints. For dessert I had cheesecake and I have never in my life tasted a dessert that made me instantly want seconds while I was already full. Great job Dijon!! if you visit this location please come on his shift when he is cooking you won’t be disappointed. Also I want to acknowledge Roger for his customer service, friendliness, and attentiveness to us. I hope the TGI Fridays back home can match the quality service we receieved and the food we will...
Read moreThe Good: The food at TGI Friday inside the Hilton Garden Inn in Hollywood, CA, was delivered promptly and tasted great. The portion sizes were just right, and the prices were reasonable. I was impressed by the cooks who were working tirelessly to keep up with the orders. They were truly amazing. Another plus is the convenient location—if you’re staying at the hotel, you just step off the elevator and you're there.
The Bad: Unfortunately, the service was lacking. Our waitress was practically non-existent. After sitting for 15 minutes, I had to flag her down to take my order. It then took another 35 minutes for my alcoholic drink to arrive, by which time I had almost finished my meal. And no, I didn’t even have water because she never came back after taking our order. I had to stop eating because I was so thirsty. She walked past our table multiple times to serve drinks to a large party that arrived 20 minutes after us.
The Ugly: When I finally asked for water and inquired about my drink order, her facial expression made it seem like I had asked her to come in on her day off. She simply said, "the guy that makes the drinks is busy," but she never even walked towards the...

We asked the waitress how much the Pinot Grigio was and she said she wasn't sure. Not a very good start. The wine was actually quite expensive at $11.88 plus tax per glass We decided on the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta which was at best not bad. When we had finished I asked for the bill and paid by credit card. The waitress wanted to take my card away but I declined and said I would go to the till with her. She put my card into the machine and gave me a receipt to sign with the option to tip. I did not add a tip because I considered the experience to be disappointing. I kept my card receipt which shows total due $78.14. Upon my return to the UK I checked my credit card statement and I have been charged $79.14. It's only a dollar which I'm not that worried about but it's a dollar that I did not authorise which makes it theft. I'm afraid I would not...
