Mr. Jingles Christmas Trees — Local services in Los Angeles

Recently purchased a tree from here. We were greeted, they were helpful and they have a lot of trees to choose from. Yes they do offer to bring the tree to the car themselves but they don’t wrap the tree up with a net like they use at a Home Depot. If that is an issue, for the tree to be open in your car, I would bring a blanket or something to lay your tree on unless of course you tie your tree to the top of your car.

Ask about their prices. I didn’t notice, maybe I missed it, a sign listing their tree prices and so we were told our tree was $90 (cash) $98 (credit card). Not sure if they changed their price but looking at the review before mine, they must have. If you’re looking to pay less for one, I’d recommend going to Home Depot. I’d also recommend going early to Home Depot bc when we stopped by, they had closed early even though the website stated they closed at 8pm. They were closed way before then - an hour+ before closing time. So, this location was our second stop because we just really wanted a tree before the weekend was over. I will add, if you’re looking for a variety of trees that look like they have snow on them, red colored trees, I saw a pink tree, I’d go to this location but ask about their prices first. We’ve been coming here for at least five years but this year the staff was really a mixed bag. One salesperson was very helpful and showed us lots of trees. When we picked one, I said I wanted to use the Groupon, let me buy it so I can use it. Then when I went to use it, the other salesperson said there was a 24 hour waiting period to use the Groupon and I’d have to come back tomorrow to get the tree. I said I’d rather not make a 40 minute drive. She went back to the manager to get approval to use the Groupon. The manager gave his approval and then the employee was incredibly rude and proceeded to give me a lecture about reading the fine print next time. They should be more up front on the Groupon policies rather than burying the waiting period in pages of fine print. They should also educate the employees on the policies better and how to...

I had a wonderful experience at this lot on Christmas Eve. I wanted just a little tiny tree because a granddaughter wanted to decorate it with origami ornaments. I had already contacted several places but found out that they were sold out. So I drove over to your lot on Highland. The man there told me that all of the trees had been sold, but that he had some branches. I happily accepted them - and then he said he had a little top from a tree. He brought out this cute little tree top, about 3 feet tall, and it was already attached to a base. Perfect! No charge for anything. And, because there was so much traffic coming down Highland Avenue when I was leaving, he went out and stopped traffic so I could leave safely.
