Woah, the reviews don't lie. Staff does not honor food and safety standard protocol. They have delivery drivers make and prepare the drinks as staff. The staff women had a confrontational physical interaction snatching the mobile order until she saw a mobile confirmation. On the way out the staff manager I assume had a war of words on the way out the door. Very poorly trained staff unfortunately in a high affluent and sophisticated neighborhood. The staff was not able to maintain a professional interaction and broke character upon realizing that this was a mobile delivery the interaction became very urban and passive aggressive not realizing who their neighbors to their own establishment I imagine. From a management perspective. I'm sorry this place got an immediate 0. You never argue and have an out front confrontation with a customer based on your ideals of business infrastructure when there is no consequences or supervision. Shrugging shoulders, snarky remarks, "have a nice life" were amongst the least I'm sure mentioned in skills and personality traits during the interview, so please understand not to mistake those characteristics while in uniform. I ordered a 15 piece bone in, large voodoo fries, a drink, and a brownie. When the driver came, he handed me my drink and an unopened bag with my food. After opening the bag, I began to take the food out, then I noticed that the brownie I paid for was not in the bag. I called this store and spoke to a manager. First, the manager tried to insult my intelligence by telling me that it was DoorDashs fault on their app. Which to me is impossible. So he then states for me to accept a store credit for the brownie. I asked him can’t he just refund the money back that was took. I then asked him why do yall have menu items for sale when yall don’t have the items. So basically, they took my money. Yea it was around 3 dollars but it was mines. Also, how they tried to handle the situation tells me that that was not the first or the last time they take...
Read moregonzalo was very friendly and helpful. although, the place was dirty & tables were filthy with old sauce. the teas were broken & the sweet tea was old. there were several people just standing around on their phone while the tall girl with a bun…she was bilingual however, she is such a horrible service attendant. she forgot about my food, i stood to ask her a question & i was standing there for 5 minutes while she was 2 ft away from me JUST ON HER PHONE. then proceeded to tell me that someone had stole my food when it was behind her.. she couldve been more thoughtful and actually looked through the bags behind her instead of simply just glancing. i waited 45 minutes for unseasoned cold fries, when i paid for season fresh fries. the guy behind me was even waiting for ONE HOUR prior to me. this is such a horrible customer...
