Hello, I Went there last wednesday. Me and a friend plus 2 toddlers. Hostess demanded a mask, I didn't have one(90% of restaurant didn't have one either) becaise the mask mandate was lifted, I do nb t carry one with me anymore. So I asked if she had one I could buy or a free one she said no. So She told me it was okay to cover my mouth with my shirt and go to my table like that. PATHETIC.I complied because I had two hungry toddlers with us, however the mask mandate was lifted. I dont care you guys are " corporate" just ask for my vaccination card at this point. Walking 20 feet in a restaurant full of maskless with a tshirt over my face won't prevent anyone from getting sick...but that wasn't all:
Rebecca(sorry not sure how her name is spelled) was my server. My toddler happily kept saying HI to her when she came by...she didnt answer ONCE, never looked at her or wave back. Took our drink orders and seemed annoyed i needed a few minutes to read your " ginormous" menu.
FOOD WAS GOOD. I order a burguer, kids sliders, kids chiken tender and a skinny burguer w salad.
We ate. No one checked on us for a while. So we wanted the check and pay and leave after we were done...we had toddlers who were about to " expire" (if you have kids you'll know what I mean)...She didnt check on us for the longest time. We asked someone else to help (we wanted to add two desserts to go )the answer was a classic RUDE answers (ive seen many servers over the years saying): YOUR SERVER will take your order.....yes...yes i know . Problem is she is no where to be found. When she finally came back, took another good amount of time for her to bring our check. When she did, i held the check presenter with CC showing , she passed by us twice and didn't even LOOK at us so I finally called her from her POS system that I was ready to leave. That was the longest I've waited to PAY.
This was an inexperienced server, who clearly was TRAINED by another inexperienced server. Lucky her she doesn't have managers watching her failing and re-training her. Which means you also have inexperienced management. I bet they are all kind of young too. Ive been a bartender for 18 years. I was never allowed to give answers like that to my guests/ customers. If I gave such rude answer to someone who needed service, Id get a write off. (I'm referring to when i couldn't find rebecca and her colleague said i could only talk and ask stuff to her) All he had to say was, ill send rebecca your way, or Ill have someone bring the cheese cake menu over(that's what we wanted, the dessert menu).
Poor staff. Very young, lots of attitude. Ive worked in this industry long enough to know you have bad managers. Only LAZY management allows this kind of stuff to happen. If the restaurant is too full for the amount of servers you have than don't seat people. Hire more...
Read moreMy rating for this restaurant is an actual 0. I don’t like giving bad reviews for no reasons but what I went through today was absolutely unacceptable. The saddest part is that this is the second time this is happening. Here is my story, Today I booked an appointment at 2pm. I got there on time and the girl who was at the Reception told me that “ the good thing is that you have an appointment, so your waiting time is 10 minutes. We will call you early than that time!” I was like alright 10 minutes it’s okay I will wait. I waited there until 2:20 ( I was just trying to be understanding of the fact that they were busy). When I went and spoke with girl again. She said I am so sorry, we are cleaning up your table and we will Call you in 10 min. Long story short I was let in 2:40 rather than my original appointment time which was 2:10. When I spoke with the manager her excuse was being busy and the worst part is that she didn’t even say I am sorry or anything nice rather she gave me and my family an extremely rude attitude. Then we went inside and saw about 8 (with 4 sits)tables open and nobody was cleaning them and making them ready for the costumers! It was so frustrating to see that! The worst part is when I asked my waiter to change our table she said the manger said we can’t do that unless you guys wanna wait another 10 min. My whole family and I were extremely dissatisfied and for the first time we left a restaurant before even getting any services! This is not the only place where you can get good food. We went somewhere else with an awesome costumer service and great food! I am so disappointed with Cheesecake Factory! I will never, ever let anyone that I know go to this restaurant ever again! The manger and her crew not only dissrespected us but also had an extremely discriminatory behiavor towards us! ( I would include more info but I don’t want take your guys time)
Please do yourself a favor and don’t come to...
Read moreI have been going to cheesecake factory for over 20 years and have always been beyond satisfied with food and service. Unfortunately this was not the case with our last and final visit. The food was horrendous so bad it was comparable to Denny’s, except Denny’s is a third of the cost of what it is at cheesecake so the quality is expected. This is unacceptable for cheesecake specially since the pricing has gone up 33% with most dishes. I expected to be wowed, instead I disappointed in myself for choosing cheesecake factory, I literally made a promise to myself and family to never set a foot in this establishment ever again. You have gotten rid of popular dishes like Checken Marsala and even simple dishes like breaded fried shrimp and have introduced childish disgusting dishes like Chicken Parmesan pizza style? What in the hell is that? My 20 yr old son order this soggy mess and only ate half of it. I ordered Chicken Madeira with bow tie pasta instead of the mash potatoes and that was a big mistake. Tiny little chicken breast that looked like one breast butterflied in half, but worst of all the bowties wore dried as can be. They left my dish under a heat lMp while my son waited for his disgusting soggy chicken parmesan. They waiter kept saying your food will be right out we are just waiting for the chicken parmesan and ten minutes later the dishes finally came out and the pasta was stiff and dry! We let out waiter know that we were not satisfied and he had no response. He was a total mute introvert. I felt like i need to know sign language to communicate with him. The manager on duty walked by many times and never stooped by to ask how out meals were or anything. Total Denny’s staff!. I am so bummed that I will never return here even though this establishment has always been a staple in out...
