Massis Kabob The Original Kabobery — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I purchased takeout from the Massis in the Topango Westfield Mall.

This is my first time purchasing from this place and it will be the last time, unfortunately.

I purchased the chicken kebab and Greek salad.

Unfortunately there were only 3 small pieces of kebab one of which was partially burnt and inedible and the salad was pretty much all lettuce leaves, and some end pieces of tomatoes, about 2 olives and a of slice cucumber, an end piece of beetroot which was inedible either, and no feta cheese

This was not what I expected and a complete waste of money.

I went back to the counter and showed them and they told me that's what it is.. although did give me a couple of pieces of tomato.

While I was at the counter I noticed the other orders definitely had more than 3 pieces of chicken.

This was not definitely not what was advertised in the picture, or what usually a whole skewer of kebab and a Greek salad consists of.

I did contact customer service too, and was basically told they hope to serve me better in the future.

Very disappointing in all regards. Not going to recommend.

Worst service ever! Every one was completely unfriendly and rude from the second you approach the cashiers in the Topanga Mall location. Not one employee bothered to raise their head and greet any of the customers much less ask if we’d like our receipt or thank you your food should be ready in a few, for example, like a good establishment should. A girl with black glasses was standing there for five minutes staring at my food before she made the grand gesture of handing me my food and when i asked her if she could cut it in half her and coworker too obviously started criticizing me and the rest of the customers that were standing right in front of them. Not to mention how disgustingly awful they had their condiment section where trash was all over it and not one employee cared enough to wipe down even when people who didn’t even order from this terrible location came to tarsh their garbage right in front of them! If I could rate this location and their employees 0 stars I would. You have been warned...

Terrible customer service. I placed my order, waited 10 min, then asked if either of the ready plates were mine. The woman said no, and I waited another 10 min. A few people had ordered after me, and received their food. I brought my receipt, asked about my order. She looked at the receipt, then rushed around looking for a copy of it, asking her coworkers about it. They were discussing it in another language, then the cook said “this is same as your order”, referring to another plate that was someone else’s order. I was hungry, so I accepted it. They didn’t apologize for being late, forgetting my order, or not communicating with me. Nor did they offer me anything to make up for a mistake.
