TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I'm not sure what's happening with Togo's in Southern California, but most of them have gone out of business.This is one of the last standing togos in the Los Angeles area and this is my last visit. As a long-standing Togos customer.I was shocked by how little meat they now put on their sandwiches.The entire sandwich is nothing more than bread and lettuce. In addition , the price has gone up dramatically over the last few years. Employees that work there say the company is going down the toilet. This particular location is so bad that the soda machine has been broken/no flavors for months. Meaning they have one of those Coca-Cola machines that handle up to 50 plus different flavors.And today , the only flavor they have is diet coke. This is because the machine is broken and they don't have the money to get it fixed or the manager and staff are too lazy to put in the flovor boxes. Either way it's complete mess and shameful. Customers are buying a combo and not get the soda and they're okay with that. The owner of this franchise or if this is a company store should come in and have this store completely shut down and fire everybody... Star over with a new staff. The place is empty today and i'm sure customers have already stopped doing business with the store because of bad products and service. Businesses blame their problems on the economy but unfortunately they're hiring people that don't care about their jobs and do a lousy job with customer service and building proper sandwiches for their customers. I could go on and on but why.... this place won't make it...

I went here around 8:45pm and the service was awful. There was a young asian lady working with a guy. The guy helped me out was nice and was making my sandwich. When I asked for my sandwich to be toasted he asked the asian lady he was working it if he could use the toaster and she flat out said no I already turned it off and cleaned it for the night In front of me. I walked in 15 minutes before closing and they had already shut the toaster off and refused to heat it for me. On top of that they she is rushing and putting everything away as I’m getting my sandwich made and annoyed when I asked for a sauce she already put away. Like you are open till 9pm if you really are in a rush closing why do you even want to work. This was the first time I went to a Togo’s and it will be my last. Went into order my sandwich there were four people behind the counter two of the people were busy assisting customers so one of the customers left the lady never greeted me I stood in line for another five minutes and then she tells me she can help me as she’s making a sandwich already not sure how that’s possible but okay I posted the counter let her know exactly what it was that I was ordering I asked her to put everything on there and then she asked me was I paying cash or card I let her know depends on the total she said well I need to know to know where register to take you to and I let her know again it depends on the total she got an attitude took her gloves off took me till one of the registers she gave me my total I paid by Apple Pay when I got home my sandwich was completely dry you can’t see over the counter so I don’t know how much of anything she’s putting on there really unprofessional will never be back to...
