Tumby’s Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I’ve been a loyal customer since I moved to this area even though their food isn’t that great. The prices aren’t terrible though, and some of the items are better than others. I’m not sure if I’ll be eating there again now. I recently ordered for delivery and never received my order and was not communicated with what’s so ever. Apparently this isn’t the first time this has happened with this location. After finally getting to a manager (which took several days) I was told they had an emergency and “sorry for the inconvenience” and that was after I had to call AGAIN after waiting over an hour when the manager said she’d get back to me in a few minutes. They couldn’t give me my meal (2 items less than $20) or literally anything other than a sorry to make up for the fact I ordered dinner and stayed up and waited for it and it never came. They couldn’t even follow up. Poor customer service, you’d think they care for the few they have. Wouldn’t suggest it, even little ceasers would be a better...

Not even worth calling. Everytime i call to place my order i wait more than 5 mins. For example today i was going to place a delivery order since my husband is away and i cant leave my daughter alone. I waited about 8 mins and he couldnt get my address right or phone number right i kept having to wait inbetween. He told me my total and said deliver is about an hour. This tumbys is literally less than 6 mins from wjere i live and its the closest. About 20 mins later i get a call saying they dont deliver to my address... sorry what? Then WHY WOULD THEY TELL ME IT WILL BE DELIVERED TO MY PLACE?! LIKE WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT. I dont have food i can cook right now and tumbys was my only option since i wasnt left alot of money. So disappointed been out all day with my 4 year old daughter. She only likes pepperoni pizza so we placed an order of half pepperoni and half bbq chicken. The order comes out, it's all bbq chicken. The next order comes out they still get it wrong and for some reason they thought we said half bbq chicken half buffalo! After this they refused to make it pepperoni they said we can put it on top. But my daughter just wants pepperoni. They didn't want to make our order. So upsetting. Then the owner comes out and says they ended up making it all pepperoni we opened the box and they just put pepperonis on top of the 2nd messed up order! The peppronis were falling off and it was filled with chicken all over. I've been coming here for years and today it was so upsetting to get treated this way. Poor...
