I had no idea that Ding Tea was a chain restaurant, and I’m so glad it is. It’s the cutest little bubble tea shop I’ve ever seen. They have plenty of indoor seating, and many people were there studying on laptops, as it’s also close to a local college.
They had so many options to choose from. I had never tried a lychee drink before, so I went with their peach green tea and, of course, had to add boba. You get to choose your sweetness and ice levels, which I really appreciate. I wish more places offered this option since I prefer my drinks on the sweeter side.

I ordered the signature milk tea with golden boba, no modifications. The milk tea was fresh and absolutely incredible, some of the best I’ve ever had. The golden boba was just okay, it doesn’t seem to be cooked properly because it was quite firm and more chewy than boba should be.
I will be back to give them another try!
