WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Cashier "Ana D" had disappointing customer service. From the beginning she wasnt the friendliest. Sadly it got worst. I completely understand every business has rules but this location was empty at the time. A USPS mail carrier walked in with urgency and asked if he could use the restroom. The cashier Ana stared at him dead in the face and responded " It's only for customers" .... Please read that again. I am so upset over this. The mail carrier simply smiled and said thank you and walked out. I honestly couldn't believe it so i asked her if the restrooms were working properly and she answered with the restroom code. I proceeded to ask why she didnt let the mail carrier in and she looked at me with no facial expression and said "because its only for...

I come to this location just because it's the closest one, the second closest is going down Washington which I'll probably start going to. I understand it's a restaurant and for some people it sucks to work their, but common, some customers are having a good day and don't want to see the workers with attitude and faces at customers. The cashier(female) way of approaching the customers when taking an order is just awful. I guess it's just evening/night shift. Doesn't look like she wants to work their. And the way she serves the food, basically tosses the plate is intolerable.

Btw the avocado that was served on my plate was already turning...

So first time I've ever been to a waba. What can I say but wow. I so the staff there were unbelievably cool. I told but I have never been there before. So I didn't know what to order. I asked him what they recommended. And oh boy did they give me that treat of my night. I had the steak white rice salad and an orange and it was delightful. Again the two ladies that helped me were awesome service was great fast and the food was unbelievably good I would definitely return and...
