I wanted to shop locally and decided to give this place a try. I was originally met with professionalism, what I thought was professionalism. I had placed an order for pick up on 8/26 to be picked up on 8/27 at 9:40am. I went to pick up a half dozen pink roses and had arrived 20 minutes earlier. I apologized for the inconvenience but the worker in the store was polite and started working on my arrangement. I was told to take a seat while I waited. Once the arrangement was complete I was thankful and paid for the service and had a tip ready. The worker, I can’t remember if his name was Jose, gave me the bouquet and accepted the money. He then proceeded to ask where I live because they offer a delivery service. I thought this was professional and that he wanted to get the shops services out there, so I said a general area. He then asked for my name and I gave my name. He said it was pleasure and sticks his hand out to shake it. I was a bit apprehensive but take his hand and shake it. I then feel him pull me in to hug me and at this point I completely freeze because I do not like physical touch. I feel him hug me and I half hug him and feel his face get too close to my face for comfort and felt as though he wanted to kiss me. I move my head because I am not sure what is happening and end up feeling him try and kiss my cheek. I am not sure what happened in this situation or as to why he would feel it was okay to get so close to me but this was completely uncalled for. They are the absolute best. I called a few hours before they closed on Friday to inquire about orchards for my grandmothers 90th birthday on Saturday. Jorge was amazing. I live in FL and my grandma lives in CA. Jorge took his time to communicate with me, show me different options, and helped me out a lot. The next day, he called back to confirm the order, he made sure to send me a photo of the receipt and even delivered the flowers to my grandma with a Happy Birthday balloon attached to the orchard.
