Pan Victoria 2 — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Great food and bread, but not very welcoming attitude but instead rushing customer service from female employees, feels like they work on a very preferencial basis, people who they know, are being treated differently from whoever who is there for the first time, and (not guatemalan), very disorganized, lots of employees coming in and out from the kitchen, to the dining area, two lines, not clearly specified for what, they had me waiting for almost 25 minutes for two pupusas I ordered!! Until I actually, had to ask for them!! Employee who took my order played "stupid" like if I was "invisible" and welcoming and helping and helping people in line, and my order was clearly "forgotten"!! Too bad, not coming...

Always the worst service I seen a bunch of workers walking by or on lunch when they barely opened 3 hours before they need more workers the bread and food is great but the service kills the experience they always mess up as they are always rushed if they would have more bodies they can pay more attention to orders, I asked for pan dulce, bollios and campuradas box and she never gave me my campurada box. Terrible service if this place cares and does not want to lose customers they should look into hiring more people for the front . Also maybe then the attitude of the crew would change they always seem to be annoyed of customers like they...

Good afternoon , I went there yesterday morning there was no one in line I was standing waiting to be helped , the lady at counte pretended like she did t see me , until I asked is anyone gong to help her reply was when you ladies are done helping the customer win the bread area cine help the customer with hot food , the girl finally I placed my she took her sweet time with my order and to top it off I bought tamiles and age didn't include my frances for the tamal , also ordeeed dobladas and asked for extra said el she said no and they dry just by the worst...
