Wendy's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

My recent visit to Wendy’s was an excellent experience from start to finish! I’ve been to many fast-food restaurants, but Wendy’s stands out for its quality, cleanliness, friendly staff, and freshly prepared food that always tastes great. It’s easy to see why Wendy’s remains one of the most loved fast-food chains in the country.

As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from the staff. The atmosphere was bright, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of seating and a pleasant dining area. The restaurant was well-maintained — tables were spotless, the floor was clean, and everything was neatly organized. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping the place looking great.

Now, let’s talk about the food — absolutely delicious! I ordered the Dave’s Single burger, and it was perfectly cooked — juicy, flavorful, and fresh. The lettuce, tomato, and onions were crisp and cool, the beef patty was tender and hot, and the bun was soft and warm. It’s that classic Wendy’s taste that never disappoints. I also ordered French fries and a Frosty, and they were both fantastic. The fries were golden and crispy, and the Frosty was thick, creamy, and refreshing — the perfect way to finish a meal.

What I really love about Wendy’s is that their food always tastes freshly made, not pre-packaged or sitting for too long. Every bite feels satisfying and flavorful. Still the best in its category when it comes to fast food. If you dont know this, now you will. I always look for the best bang for a buck, this ace has got it. For five bucks I get the Biggie Bag, its got a double bacon chz burger, if you don't know Wendy's quality by now... I hope I dont know you. Ok! So you get this awesomeness combo that includes its classic drink and fries. But check this out!... You get nuggets. Yup! Those little clusters of chicken yummy yum yums. WAIT!... wait for it. Y'all now I got you, try this... CHANGE YOUR DRINK AND FRIES!!! At first I thought I was slick, I'm like "ahem.. yeah... Um... Would you charge me if i got something other than a soda." Guys/Gals a secret to life is always get what you want, not what they want to give you. "I GOT A MO-FO FROSTY INSTEAD.... "SCORE!"... right? I know, I know.... Not a big deal! He hw he... "I ALSO CHANGED MY FRIES...... FOR A CHILI CUP!!!!. Pinch yourselves... Potatoes ☺️ are cool... BUT CHILI!!! 😃😁😀. No extra charge. People... thats like the difference between potatoes and CHILI!!! GREAT CHILI!!!. Yall can get salad or fruit too. Im good with my chili... Think about it... Stare at your hands, no imagine holding a burger, nuggets, chili cup and a frostry... It can be done! Complaint About Poor Customer Service at Wendy’s – 1305 N Vermont

I had an extremely frustrating experience at the Wendy’s located at 1305 N Vermont about 30 minutes ago. I placed a mobile order and redeemed a reward for a chicken sandwich. When I arrived at the drive-thru to pick it up, the employee rudely told me I should have “let them know ahead of time” that I had placed a mobile order. That doesn’t make any sense—how else am I supposed to pick up a mobile order if not by showing up?

To make things worse, she told me I had to leave the drive-thru and go back through the line, which was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. There are no signs posted to inform customers of this supposed policy, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable.

On top of that, the app marked my order as picked up, even though I never received my sandwich. So now I’ve lost my reward and got nothing in return. At least McDonald’s gives you your points back when something goes wrong—Wendy’s customer service was by far the worst I’ve experienced, and this is not the first issue I’ve had at this location.

This needs to be addressed. I want my reward reinstated and a response about how situations like this will be handled better...
