Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I had a disgusting service by the presenter Aileen, I had gone through the drive thru had ordered my things but everytime I ordered there was a huge pause between the girl and I she just kept quite I ordered some jalapeño poppers I left the DT and checked my order and the jalapeño poppers weren’t in the bag I went back to the DT a guy answered very nice and I told him what had happened and he asked me to pull up to the window and I then proceeded and asked him “ I have a question “ which he replied with yes I told him “ is there any way you guys can remake my shake because it’s really liquidy shakes are not like this” which then the other employee Aileen responded with a disgusting attitude “ the ice cream machine is not working right now they have been coming out liquidy since Friday “ which I think is unprofessional they should advice people before hand” I then proceeded to the window and the girl was like can I see the receipt I gave her my receipt and she’s like you didn’t order the jalapeño poppers. I then told her I asked you in the beginning that I wanted those she was being very argumentative and she was laughing which I didn’t find this situation very funny at all because they’re making me waste my gas the guy than proceeded and gave me the order and was very apologetic which I don’t think he should be sorry for someone else’s actions and attitude. ( btw the manager was standing behind the girl when she was going at it with me which I don’t think it’s professional because as a manger she should take actions for their employees misbehavior...

Julio Juvenal, the worst ever. I was ordering through the drive-thru window and had a question about some specialty teas and lemonades they were serving. I was trying to figure out if they were similar to Arnold Palmers, but flavored; or if they were separately flavored lemonades or teas. The lady that was servicing me was great. I asked, if I am not satisfied with the drink, would they replace it. There was silence, then a man's voice came over the speaker and asked, "Why would you order it if you don't like it?" I thought that was very rude. If they're new drinks and the flavor was displeasing, anyone would want to replace it. Long story even longer, I asked for the peach lemonade and he gave me a peach tea, so he had to change the drink anyway all because he was so busy being rude he didn't even actually listen to what I was ordering in the first place. This really grinds my gears. Instead of wanting to create a good experience to have a return customer, he has created a sense of uncomfortability and I will never go...

I stopped by here tonight since I order burrito next door at Sharkey. I was craving some French fries to go with my shrimp burrito so I walked next door. There was a lot of cars in the parking lot and a couple of cars in the drive thru but when I walked inside, no one was inside. I was able to just order my fries right away. The girl working the cashier kept thinking I wanted a large Dr. Peeper but after the third time saying French Fires she finally got it right. I didn't have to wait long for my fries to come out. It was okay but it wasn't the best fries I had. I just added black pepper and salt when I got home to add more...
