Winchell's Donut House — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I ordered an apple fritters and a cup of coffee this morning at the location on Roscoe, in Panorama City. The half and half was spoiled. It curdled in my coffee, smelled and tasted bitter. When I told the employee, she opened the container, smelled it, and drank some. She said no it's not. Another customer agreed that it was spoiled. Only then did she give us new coffee and half and half from the carton. The apple fritter has no apple anymore. It's not an apple fritters, just a big thick donut. Too bad. Used to love Winchell for over 6 decades, it was consistently very good at all locations....

I am an African American and on June 3rd 2020 4 AM I go to the walk up window to get a Doughnut. There was a customer ahead of me at the window who was Hispanic and had no mask on. He was served 2 cups of coffee. After he got his coffee he requested cream. After that I stepped to the window to place my order and was re fused service., The only difference between the customer ahead of me and myself is the color of our skin , my question is when did Winchell's start refusing service to anyone because of the color...
