Me and my brother walked in and my brother was walking towards the right as if to go to the bathroom. What we didn't know is the bathroom part is in the store and can't be accessed from inside the church's part of the store. As my brother was walking towards that area instead of the store owner saying excuse me sir and then explaining why that's not a bathroom area. She instead yelled over and over again "STORE SIDE" after my brother turned around went outside and went next door to use the bathroom. She didn't even look me in my eye and asked me for my order really forcefully. Then I told her I was there for a mobile order and she asked me what the name was and I told her it was on my phone screen I have my phone screen pointed towards her so she could see. And the reason I was doing this is because I couldn't pronounce the name and I just wanted her to see how it was spelled. And she yelled over and over again "what's the name what's the name what's the name" I said I'm not sure how to pronounce it it's right here on my screen. And she said no you can tell me the name while she continued yelling. I canceled the order because I did not want to deal with this person. Read moreI went to Church’s on highland to pick up a mobile order my fiancé placed on the app. This was on September 28th around 10:30am. When I arrived I sat at the drive thru no one answered. I drove around there was a note on the window that said to go to the drive thru. I go back no one answers. So I pull up to the drive thru window because the meal is already paid for. This woman with plats in her hair I guess she was dressed like a man. She come to the window screaming thru the window “Do it look like we got chicken?” I’m thinking isn’t this church’s chicken? I guess she meant that they didn’t have anything ready even though they opened at 10 and it was 10:30. To make a long story short she was just going off like I was wrong for coming there so I left. I also let her know I was going to contact corporate. We have been calling corporate for 2 weeks. We received no apology. No compensation for our food WE PAID FOR‼️ WE DIDN’T EVEN GET A REPLACEMENT FOR THE FOOD WE NEVER RECEIVED. Today October 8th still no refund. This is the worst customer service experience I ever...

In East Texas and in New Orleans from 1976 until 1991...In that day when the customer reached the counter or the drive thru their order was taken within two minutes and most times served within those two minutes unless the order was 'special'... I've visited this Churches Chicken location several times and most times the wait in a 3 car line at drive thru is at least 10 to 15 minutes, just to place the order and then another ten minutes to be served... It's not only Church's Chicken. Service today is lacking at all fast food restaurants.... From being on cell phones at point of service to chatting with coworkers, to just being apathetic about customer service is the impression, I get from the order takers... The manager used to drive service and that is another lacking component... In all fairness there are fast food restaurants that do strive for service utilizing two service lanes at high volume times and I do applaud...
