I honestly wish i could give zeros stars because the manger that was on duty tonight 4/8/2024 that claims to be the GM (which I so hope that’s not true because if so yall definitely need him back in training) was HORRIBLE!!!! Tried to place the order online first for delivery, the system was down, called to place an order the person on the phone tried to send it in to the store and they said there was an issue on the stores end so they transferred me over to the store directly, the manager on duty answers the phone and I tell them “i would like to place a order for delivery “ “huh???? What???” I repeated myself and then tells me “ughhh alrightttt” I’m sorry but do you want me to order or not cause I can just go to brothers like I had to end up doing anyway, tried to give him my address and he asks me if it’s the apartments across the street from them…. I don’t know what that was important because if you put my address along with the apartment name that I gave you it will tell you exactly where I’m at. I told him I didn’t know if it was across the street or not, tried to give him my apartment number and he tells me “hold on” basically yelling at me. I hung the phone up and drove down to just try to place and order, this was at 10:47 pm store closes at 12 pm. I get there doors locked, fine I go to drive thru and try to place a order, the young lady tells me they can’t take orders at the window…. I told her I tired to place and order over the phone but the person had a attitude the whole time. I asked for a manger and who comes up to talk to me??? The person on the phone! I told him my grieve and he tells me “I tried to help you and you hung up on me” yes i definitely did when your going to have attitude the whole time, I told home exactly how I felt and even told him i understand… yall are tired and probably want to go home…. But yall could have just as well told me on the phone “ma’am we are going to be closing early tonight so we won’t be taking anymore orders” would I have been mad yes but understandable because I’ve worked in customer for 10 years 6 or those years as a server then a manger so I know how frustrating these jobs can be but to take it out on your customers no that’s not how you handle things, I didn’t get disrespectful, I didn’t yell…. After I said what I had to say I asked him, now would you like for me to go park and call so I can place my order or would you like to refuse service to me? Because when I told him about the conversation on the phone he told me “I can refuse service to you now if I want to but I’m trying to help” what would have even been the reason to refuse service to me? Because I voice and opinion on how I was treated? He tells me “it’s up to you at this point on what you wanna do because now I got an attitude “ that right there pissed me off, then he tells me I’m refusing service, I asked him what his name was and when will the GM be in and he tells me “I am the GM” and shuts the window. The reviews are true about delivery times over an hour late and even 2 hours in our case. They said they would comp my next order and I just called to get that pizza and there are no notes of this so no pizza for us from there.
Here is what happened!
We had friends over at our house painting and promised them pizza. Well we ordered pizza and it was super late so we called to check on it and the guy says the driver should be pulling up. Well the driver after 20 minutes still never showed up so we call back. The manager says wait another 15 minutes. We wait 30 minutes and call back. The manager says he is making another order and he will have it right over to us. One hour later and at least another 3 phone calls the driver shows up with extremely cold pizzas plus it wasn't even made well.
At this point everyone is very hangry and done working and ready to go. We were all craving Dominos and that's the only reason we all held out that long because our minds were set on this and our mouths watering.
By the way the whole time the app says the driver is delivering and order complete.
So after the initial wait, the extra 2 hours of waiting, the cold pizza, the poorly made pizza and very mad and hangry people we all call it a night.
The manager says he saved our order to be compt for the next time we get pizza well it was not and now we are not ordering from this location again!
All the bad reviews about delivery times and cold pizza are 100% true. That location will not get our business ever again and instead of delivery now I rather drive to the other location to pick it up.
How can this location be allowed to run still with this many bad reviews and especially since they are all about the same thing.

Then, they forget the fork for the pasta, the lid for the pasta, put garlic butter on the crust when the order says no garlic. But tonight was the last straw. I ordered delivery for my daughter and 30 minutes later I checked the status and it said it was for pickup. I checked my email and I definitely ordered delivery. So I called the store, Aleisha answered. I told her what happened, she said it was for pickup. I told her I ordered delivery and she got an attitude and said there were no drivers. I asked why wasn't I called and she hung up on me. I called back and she answered saying, "Look, if you come pick up your order, the delivery charge will be taken off." I do understand when there aren't any drivers. I have no problem picking it up but I do have a problem with the attitude. So I asked her why she hung up on me. No apology, just repeating what she just said. I asked for a manager, she said she is. So, I told her I'm calling her boss in the morning and to cancel my order. We are officially done!
8 months ago... Damn near every time we order, something is wrong with it. This one is the last straw and we'll never order again. It was barely cooked, the hand tossed crust was as thin as a thin crust and now I have to drive for the replacement, meaning the rest is at home getting cold. Waste of...
