I ordered through the doordash app and selected pickup, instead of delivery so I could pick it up on my lunch break. I sent my friend to pick up the order because I couldn't leave work. The manager at this location had THE nastiest attitude. First of all, the lobby was closed, when there was a sign clear as day that said "Dine-in open". So My friend gets to the window and tells her she's picking up an order for me, the lady tells her that she cannot pick up my order because she isn't a dasher.. WHICH MAKES ZERO SENSE BECAUSEEEE I specifically selected pickup so "I" can pick it up not for no dasher to deliver it. So while my friend was trying to explain to her that she has me on the phone because I selected pickup, she proceeds to close the window on her refusing to give her my food that I paid for. Then she had already handed my friend the drink, just for her to tell my friend to give her the drink back because my friend isn't a dasher. You don't have to be a dasher to pick up your food, if you selected pickup. The lady was so rude and refused to listen. I then called KFC trying to explain, in hopes that the lady would listen before my friend left, she told me that it has to be picked up by the dasher and HUNG UP IN MY FACE. BUT IM CONFUSED???? If I selected pickup instead of delivery, WHAT DASHER IS GOING TO PICK IT UP???? Long story short, I never received my food & I'm currently waiting on a refund. Read moreIf it were possible to give minus stars, I would give minus 3 (-3 stars). The people that work at this KFC establishment need to be fired including supervisors and faculty. Customer Service is atrocious, they don't even try to make the food properly. I was there today, ordered a $5 box with two sides.They gave me two soda's, one of them Pepsi and some other drink they didn't bother to look at when they gave me the cup. Mind you I had asked for fruit punch and didn't even order two drinks, when I asked why the woman at the window said don't ask questions just take it (seriously??!). They had told me to pull up to the front of the building, along with two other cars in front of me. Waited about 20 min and they finally bring me my order with two items missing and Chicken tenders so hard they're almost inedible. Then finally they filled the box up with biscuits, thinking I wouldn't notice...
I've been reading the other reviews and I asks myself How does this place continue to be open with service like this? Needs to be shut down, or atleast fire all the staff and put competent semi educated...
Read moreDirty, run-down, rude employees…why has Yum Brands not pulled the franchise away yet? This has been the case for years with this location. The drive-thru employees always have you back up 20’ from the drive-thru window after paying so they can cheat the timer system used to measure the service wait times. They don’t politely ask you to back up to the white pole, the employees actually say, “You need to back up and wait till I tell you to pull up.” Really, did your parents raise you to speak to people like that?
Also, the management and owner care so little about upkeep that they ignore the dark rust stains that have adorned the building for years and the fact that the sago palm plant next to the drive-thu ordering sign blocks 20% of the sign from being read.
Pride, respect, conscientiousness, politeness, professionalism make this the worst KFC I’ve seen in the 8 states across the country that I’ve lived or the countless I’ve travelled through. Hopefully Yum Brands sees this or at least someone actually involved with the ownership and/or management of this franchised...
