A member of our group has a severe gluten allergy. We informed our server and she ordered spring rolls. These were not traditional spring rolls with rice paper. They had the same wrapping as egg rolls which she could not have. We told the server and she said I’m sorry and walked off. We were left with the spring rolls which we did not eat. For her meal she ordered a crab salad. This was brought out to us covered in tempera which she cannot have. The server did not come back until everyone was finished eating so she was forced to scrape off all the outside and eat the inside, wasting over half of the food. We informed the server when she finally returned and she replied “I guess I need to look up gluten allergies.” She returned with our checks and charged us for what was not even eaten and told us that if we did not want to be charged we should have returned it to the kitchen immediately. The rolls were still on the table with all the dirty dishes she never took. We asked for a manager and were told the owners were not there today. We were also automatically charged tip because we were a party of 7. We will not be returning and urge you to steer clear of this establishment. They do not care about...

I will not be returning.
An 18% gratuity was automatically added to my bill because I had my small child with me—who was simply eating off my plate. The server specifically asked if I wanted to pay extra for a shared plate or let her eat from mine. I chose to share, not expecting that would count as a second diner.
Nowhere was this automatic charge posted—no signage, no menu notice, no verbal warning. When I brought it up, the manager was dismissive, claimed it’s been “policy for 3–4 years,” and flat-out refused to remove it. That’s a lie. I’ve dined here several times over the past year and this has never happened before.
This practice is deceptive and feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of customers. Refusing to acknowledge or correct the issue shows a total lack of integrity and basic customer respect.
Shame on this establishment for hiding fees and treating loyal patrons this way. Check your bill—and consider spending your...
Read moreFor how much you pay for hibachi please go somewhere else. First, it was incredibly hot in the restaurant and our chef was having to take breaks so that he wouldn’t sweat into our food. Second, the lady across from me order a filet and clearly just received the same steak as everyone else. When she asked how he knew specifically which one hers was, he said they were all filet (which in no way is true because no one else ordered or paid for a filet). The third, and most unprofessional reason, is the chef and waiter got into an altercation in front of all of us where the chef was yelling at the waiter and making us all uncomfortable. We also asked for yum yum sauce to the waiter and when he let the chef know he said “he would only give it to us if we asked” and then we proceeded to not get any. Just a really bad experience all around. **also forgot all our soup was cold when we first got it and someone at the table complained and we all got new hot...
