Update 3/30/22: The owner contacted me yesterday and he gave me a call today. He was very apologetic and pleasant while discussing what transpired. Mr. Wolf definitely turned this experience around with his professionalism, kindness and humility. I’m changing the rating from 1 to 5, due to our phone and in person conversation. I will continue to patronize this business because I see that he actually cares about his customers!
3/28: What a horrible experience I had today by the “manager”. I just KNOW NOD managers don’t act this way. I patronize this business weekly LITERALLY. I could show my bank statements! This was unprofessionalism at its finest! I can’t let this one blow over! This was disgusting to say the least. A complaint has been made and I’ll be in contact early tomorrow morning to rectify this situation. This cannot be a reoccurring problem. Blonde white female who denied giving me her name, her boss name and/corporate information lol. This will be handled either way though. No apology for the nastiness or anything.
