asked for LIGHT sauce, got EXTRA sauce. i am not able to eat often due to certain health issues causing me to get ill and this was my personal pizza i ordered specifically for me to eat and with the extra sauce, i will be thrown straight into the hospital.
whoever was on the other end of my phone call to the store was VERY RUDE, and instead of asking if i’d like it redelivered (i usually insist they take the wrong one when they do come and generally tip the second driver as well as the first) she states that i have one option and it’s for “credits to my next order” .. that did not work for me and when i ASKED for a redelivery, i was met it PURE attitude stating “well idk what to tell you it may be there in an hour it may not be” … um, EXCUSE ME??? so i very awkwardly said “okay well then you can just go ahead and do the credits thing” and that was met with dial-tone.. LITERALLY dial-tone… straight up hung the phone up..

I placed a order online early to avoid the traffic of orders coming in for the Superbowl. When I arrived the clerk said my order was canceled!!!! He then got the store manager and the manager claims the system was down and its not his fault the system was down. As a store manager take some ownership of your store! Read moreDumb. I placed an online order for delivery. Agreed to a 89 minute delivery time. Waited an hour cause im patient. Checked the order status via papa track. Still said making. I called to try and confirm that they were at least working on it. Got an automated message saying they were excepting carry out only. Not once did I receive a call to make me aware that it was carry out only. Nor did the website say carry out only. The website should not accept delivery orders when the store is carry out only. Waste of time. Everything is closed because im patient and hate to bother people trying to crank out orders. Actually ridiculous.
