Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Louisiana

Fully staffed and open for business! Cheerful happy employees that greet you, take your order, ask you if "your dining in or taking out?", The food is served piping hot, and if your dining in the drinks are self-serve! While we were eating there was somebody from the management staff who came to check on us to make sure that everything was to our liking... The rest of the fast-food establishments that are just drive through right now and cannot get employees to come to work for them need to take a lesson from from this incredible chain who seems to have their act together... I did a little research and also discovered that the owner of this company is based out of Baton Rouge, La. His name is Todd Graves and he now has over 500 stores world wide. He and Louisiana's other favorite son Shaquille O'Neal (who is now the face of Papa John's Pizza) give back to numerous charities and causes...

I usually order the box combo or the 4 piece combo, but the chicken is not always fresh, even the fries aint...they be saggy and cold. When I go to the drive thru window I pay them $12 expecting my chicken fingers to be fresh and hot, and not chicken that has been sitting for hours, so the fries. shame on yall, that is not the way it should be.

I edited my review from a few months ago due to an error I made when I wrote 3 instead of 4 piece, and didn't realized it til just now coming back to review this place again : 01/28/25 I purchased my usual box 4 piece combo and I looked at my receipt and noticed the price is no longer the same $12, it went up to $12.61 & I do understand all has going up, but I don't understand why the fingers are so small... if yall raised the price, keep the same size chicken fingers, and keep everything the same, don't charge more, and give customers...

Prices have gone up, which is expected due to the economy, but customer service has gone down. The once upbeat and friendly customer service is not like it used to be. The crew member taking my order wasn't very attentive, and I had to repeat my order many times. The cashier didn't even bother talking to me. He held out his hand. I handed him cash. He gave me my change, and that was that! Not one word was spoken! This is the same service I get and expect from McDonald's on my rare visits! The girl handing out the food was the only one showing good customer service. I never used to have to check my orders, but they are slipping on that too. I've paid for extra sauces and get home to find...
