Rally's — Restaurant in Louisiana

I visited this establishment on Sunday Feb. 24th 2019 at around 11:15am, which only had one car that ordered going thru the drive thru. As I pulled up to the speaker I sat there for a good 5 minutes so I said "Hello", "Hello", the staff member responded by saying I Can Hear You, I'll be right with you girl! This was in a rude tone of voice and calling me a girl! I immediately backed away from the drove thru lane and was very frustrated that this kind of thing goes on at this location but I was not surprised! The manager on duty needs to be held accountable for his or her shift and also to monitor the employees on her shift to insure we as customer are treated fairly and the orders are be done accordingly to Rally's Standards!

There been times were the female manager thats running her shift tells the customer after paying for there order to back up behind the poles so the timer for each drive thru order looks as if they got the customer in and out in a timely. manner which is not the case!

Also running out of sweet tea and other beverages but only serving slushies!

The burgers are cold and the hot dogs are cold also especially the cheese and chili.

The fries are hard all the time they really drop the fries in the grease so that's the only food item that's "Hot", but taste old!

This location need an wake up call from all that patronize this location, that if your service is not up to Rally's company standards than we will go spend our money elsewhere!

It is Lenten season so I went to get my fish sandwich on. I went with a fellow co-worker the 4 for 3 and I got the 2 for 5 🐟 sandwiches...I was hyped...food was 🔥 and I couldn't wait, started to eat and it was the worst hard rubbery fish I have ever had...it was like chewing on a rubber band....I turned the car around and went back immediately and explained my dilemma...the cashier (light skinned with glasses 👓 pleasant voice) asked me if I would like them to remake it and wait. I did, and then a girl by the name of April came out. She apologized about the inconvenience and wait!!!! What is going on???!!! Amazing Customer SERVICE...that whole shift needs to be commended they were Awesomely Awesome, quick and effectively efficient. I wish that corporate could see this...they need raises. I have never been into the Rally's brand at all...but if you can get everyone on board with what this shift is doing..I will continue to keep jamming my face with filets of the sea. BTW...the pic is of the sandwich they remade, hot and delicious...

While the service tonight was quick the overall was a very unwelcome. Granted I went after 11pm but they were still open with absolutely no one in line. I’ve been to this store before and has been good, the times I have gone in the last 4 weeks (about 6 times) has really been falling off. And tonight was the time I felt to leave a review. First the service was bad, yes they gave the food timely but didn’t say one word to me even though I said hello and thank you a few times (very unwelcoming). The XL fries were about the size of a medium (not sure if they were out and just didn’t wank to fry anymore) but a waste of money. The burgers were ok but burnt pretty badly. I hate leaving this review, but I’m hoping they will read it and use it for a way to improve. My standards are not high at all so to fall well below tonight...
