Snow Bro's Snowballs — Restaurant in Louisiana

This place is rude and do not care about customer service. I placed an order, the guy at the window who took my order read it back to me which is what I ordered. I paid for my order and waited for my order. When I got my order back it was not what I ordered. I informed him that it was incorrect. He told me that I would have to pay for another order to get it corrected. I asked for the manager well I was already speaking with the manager. He argued with me about what I ordered I told him that they made a mistake. Can I get a refund He told me NO and slammed the window in my face and came out to threaten me with the police. Please don't go here and spend your hard earned money, they do not care about their customers, only taking your money. I have seen a few other bad reviews on this place before I began mine and other ppl believe they are racist. The drive thru tends to be very long always, and I have never complained. However, on today after placing my order, I needed 1 more before my last one was completed. I asked to get another & both the window person & the supposed manager was like, the line too long, we can’t. But it’s a 2 second snowball. Really, so I suggest if their lines are long go over to Wardline, they are just as good and more professional. I have supported this business for years. I bought a snow cone and paid for cream. When they brought it to the window there was no cream on the top. I immediately pointed that out and he said he forgot and turned to add it. I asked him if he remembered to put it in the middle of the snow cone and he told me yes, he did do that. That was NOT the truth!! There was only what he added to the top, but I didn't find out until I got home.
