I hate to leave a 1-star review. I do not want to downgrade a business. But, today I will.
When we arrived at Subway, there was a worker behind the counter who got aggravated because my children did not know what they wanted as soon as they walked in. They decided pizzas....but apparently they were frozen and she couldn’t do anything to accommodate them. I wasn’t happy at this point, but wrote it off as she was having a bad day.
As we were eating, immediately behind the food counter, we saw A GERMAN COACHROACH crawling on the counter. I was about done. But to top it off, my daughter found a piece of hair In her sandwich. We were easily able to determine that it was non of our hair.
I wanted to say something, but the disgruntled employee left for lunch break with her daughter and other family members at 11:45am. So, I figure it wouldn’t matter to say anything. Apparently, not everyone is concerned on how a business operates.
I like Subway. I own a business and my employees eat at Subway, 3-4 times a week. I spend thousands with Subway a year. But, not again at this Subway....
Read moreThe service, employees, and owner are horrible. I ordered on the app and upon going to pick up my order the worker told me she was still working on it. On the counter was a 6" Turkey. I said oh that's not mine I ordered a footlong cold cut. She stated that they were out so she was giving me turkey. I told her no thank you and asked for a refund. She stated I had to request it in the app. There is no place to request a refund. She then called the owner. She was fussing and cussing at him and got a attitude with me because I asked who the owner was. The owner Alex asked for my information and stated he would refund it the next day. I received no refund. I called the store a few days later and got the same run around. The next day I called again and was given the owners number and told not to call again. I've called and texted the owner several times and have not received a refund. DO NOT order from here. The attitudes are nasty and they are taking people's money. I would give them zero...
Read morePlaced order online here. 1st I was told that it must’ve been placed at different location checked my app came back inside showed it was ordered here. My card was charged showed her this. She calls manager after all the runaround’s he specifically states it’s not his problem trying to blame it on my card although not only did I have receipt from my card as well as receipt on the subway app but that I also received my points for the sandwiches thru an email on subway. How is it possible for it to be a card error on my end if I got an email while waiting there saying I received my points for purchasing my food. The most upsetting part about it is the managers not his problem attitude.
