New Orleans Original Daiquiris — Restaurant in Louisiana

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MANY YEARS!! Left wondering what in the world just happened. SO-Without saying hello, or how are you, to our party of three, she asked my daughter if she had her ID (she is 19 and was standing next to me in complete silence) and said she couldn’t be in the building without it. Woman in front of us had been sitting at the bar tasting flavors since we pulled up…once we got there, bartender Asia (supposedly) says ONLY TWO TASTES PER PERSON. So, I left without buying anything because every question I asked was answered with “I don’t know” or “I don’t drink this stuff” Seemed she didn’t like us or want us in there from the moment we stepped in the building…And we were the only people in there… hard to believe a person like that works for tips. I this New Orleans Original Daiquiri location, my family and I visit New Orleans a couple times a year and during our stay as well as on our way leaving we always stop at this location for a few gallons of Daiquiri, my favorite flavor is Victoria's Secret. The service is super friendly and fast and this location is clean, this year my aunt left her credit card on accident and the ladies at the counter put it up for her until a family member that stay in New Orleans was able to pick it up, I felt this was awesome especially in today's age where ppl dont carecand will try to rip you off on...

Horrible service so called manager Brittany let's her employees do and say anything. Rude establishment, I was yelled and cursed at after I wanted a refund for bad service and told me to come back at 5pm so she could fight me. Several other customers ordered refunds because of her attitude. And their demented little red pit bull with braces has a mean bark but no bite!!!! Will never go back to...
