If I could give zero stars I would. I went in and stood at the counter to be seated for 5 minutes. I walked over to the to go station and asked the young lady if someone could come and seat us. She shrugged her shoulders and the to ask another girl she stated that she wasn't on the clock to ask another girl she leaned on the counter and didn't say anything I said well I guess we would have to seat ourselves. We sat there for another 5mins when I spotted the manager who was at another table bc they had been waiting on their drink order and it never came. So when he passed by I called him over and I explain to him what had occurred and he stated that they are short handed and the explain that the girls at the desk it wasn't their position to seat anyone. So I said so it's the customers job to seat themselves??? So I told him that I know that this is not what the owners are ok with and maybe I should speak to one of them he stated do what you want and walked off I asked well atleast can we get some menus. He put them on the table and walked off. The only saving grace to this is the server Tim who was working the whole area by himself he was taking orders, busting tables and serving. Halfway through our meal the other shift of servers came on in which table of 3 and a table of 5 was seated by now there is a hostess. The next set of servers stood on the side discussing loudly who was going to take which table and one of the girls stated that she wasn't taking no table of 5 or more bc the tips aren't worth it. This was the most unpressional thing I have ever saw. I'm sure Mr. Scott Taylor would NOT be please to see how these ppl are treating their customers. The manager Joseph never came back to check on us and when we leaving never said have a good day he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm manager and I would never treat my customers like this. Will...
Read moreI took one bite of my pasta and it was nasty and not seasoned. I was polite about it and asked my waitress could I give it back in return for another dish or my money back. She was very nice and said that she would refund me but she would have to ask her manager to make sure. she went to go get the manager and I asked the manager if I could be refunded or exchange it for something else. He proceeded to consistently ask me why I didn’t like it and asked if I wanted a to go box even though i’m clearly telling him I do not want it and that it’s nasty. he refused to exchange it for something different or give me my money back. Instead he brought me a cup of sauce and a cup of dry Italian seasoning and walked off. I feel like if he didn’t want to let me exchange it or get my money back, he should’ve at least had the chef remake my pasta correctly instead of just giving me a cup of dry raw flakes and seasonings. I feel like I should’ve at least been given a discount or something. I payed for something I couldn’t even eat.!I could see if i ate half of the pasta and tried to return it but i literally took ONE bite. The manager wasn’t necessarily rude but he didn’t handle this situation how any other manger at other restaurants would. At any other restaurant the manager would’ve offered another meal as a replacement or would have just simply given my money back with no issues. I would’ve even been satisfied with just some fries or something rather than nothing. I had to sit there hungry while my peers got to...
Read moreI last visited this location March 2022 and it was not a great experience. The air conditioning was broken, and was asked to move tables after sitting down. I decided to revisit on 11/08/2023 and confirmed I will never visit this location again. I was originally going to Five guys but they were closed. I had just came from the gym, so I was in my gym clothes. Again, I did not intend on dinning at this place, but wanted a cheeseburger. I sit at the bar beside a customer complaining about an sour odor. Obviously it was from the bar being wiped with musky towels. She told the barback, he just shrugged his shoulders and went on business. My waitress must have received her experience at Walffel house because she was less than pleasant. I order my food and was asked to give an payment method upon order, not served anything at this point. I have never been asked to prepay for a dinner service ever! Fine, I am hungry just let me eat and get out. My waitresses/bar tender kept dissappearing, I don't know where she was going. Clearly not worried about serving the guest at the bar. My food arrived with all the gusto of a sleazy dinner. I was actually startled clank of the plate being slapped in front of me. I honestly don't blame the bartender/waitresses for the conditions as much as I do the manager. He was physically there, but had his head in his tablet not at all concerned about the experience of the costumers. Maybe he was trying to find the relevant ballgames on TV, it was Thursday night football and LSU...
