Wendy's — Restaurant in Louisiana

I haven't been to this particular Wendy's in several months. The food is good but the workers do a good job of driving people away from the place.

I once went to order a baconator combo in the drive-thru entering from the Sam's parking lot. I usually pay with card, so when I went to pay, the woman at the window was suddenly going off at me because there was apparently a sign saying, "cash only". Yet, I didn't see any sign unless it was facing the Main road entrance.

I ended up driving off because I wasn't dealing with an attitude like that. Sometimes I go to other places like Cane's instead because it's a lot more pleasant. The other Wendy's takes 20 minutes to give an order but at least the workers are a lot better and don't yell at...

Terrible experience. The dining room was not open even though the hours listed said it should be. I decided to go through the drive-through instead. My total seamed high, so I looked at my receipt and noticed I was charged $3.29 twice for large cokes that I didn't get. When I asked about it the lady got very rude and said it was for the waters and they don't do refunds, I should have know when I asked for a large water it was $3.29 each! I didn't get any forks, spoons, napkins, ketchup, or salt, so I pulled back around to get them and was greeted with a "what?!". Very rude service. I'm not impressed, and I will choose...

If I could give “0” stars, I would. I avoided this location because of my last poor quality experience 6+ months ago Well, things have not changed. Another COLD dble burger, plus no receipt, did not order cheese, and the cheese was cold! How am I supposed to deduct $12 + from my checkbook????? This is ridiculous! And you want $15/hr. ?!?!?!?! I said no salt on large fries and I had salt & med fries!!! No straw! Really people! I will not be back again! I would prefer a refund instead of a replacement.
