UPDATE 8/15/23 ARBY’S TRYING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT IS REALLY SENSELESS. THAT LITTLE CUP OF CHEESE THAT YOUR NASTY ATTITUDE MANAGER HAD THAT I PAID FOR AND DID NOT GET WELL THAT STUPID COUPON FOR ONE FREE MEAL THAT CORPORATE SENT ME WAS A JOKE JUST LIKE YOUR COMMENT ON MY UPDATE. ALL OF THE MONEY THAT THIS STORE HAS RIPPED OFF FROM PEOPLE ON DIXIE HWY I TRULY DO HOPE THAT YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS. PATHETIC MANAGEMENT ** UPDATE 8/9/23* STILL HAVE NOT GONE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!! Hopefully they got rid of the terrible manager. On 9/3/22 I went to the drive thru and the wait was terribly long even when I got to the window to pickup my food. I was shorted out of the cheddar cheese cup that I paid for so I called the store once I got home and noticed it. I asked for a manager and the lady immediately had a stand offish attitude stating “your talking to one” and was not professional in the least. I tried to give her the order # to prove that I indeed had come there since people seems to want to scam businesses all the time. Her response was “what do you want me to do about it”? and it was not in a polite or professional manner. I told her that is okay I will take the survey and let them know about it. I’m also letting all of you know about it too. I have always given this store praise and my previous rating was 5 stars ⭐️ wishing that I could give them more. We always spend at least $25-$30 but not anymore. Why should I or any of you spend a dime in that store with them having that attitude and I have noticed by other peoples’ rating’s that I’m not the only person who feels this way. I know that it’s only 59 cents but the disrespect she showed me when they were in the wrong was uncalled for. This is why nobody wants to spend money in the South End anymore. This attitude is contagious and she needs to realize that she’s got a job because of all the customers who comes through the Drive Thru and into their establishment. I have driven 8-10 miles out of my way to not spend my money at a place where it’s not valued. I worked in the food service industry for 15 years and I can tell you that those places are now CLOSED on Dixie Highway because of this type of mentality. It really wouldn’t matter to me if this place is closed down if they are going to treat the people like this. They don’t deserve our money or to be in our neighborhood anymore. When I pulled into the parking lot I'll be honest , I thought to myself awww shoot there's like 6 cars from the speaker back in front of me and as a general rule with there being so many ahead of me there is usually a long wait time. But I must say that at least on particular day and time I was pleased , as I was 7th. In line from the speaker back which would have put me around 12th. In line total time. I am pleased to say with a happy face 😊 I literally moved through that line in approximately 4 minutes. WOW to the folks running things that day and thank you. Not only was I impressed with the time I waited, but every crew person/mngr. Was very courteous and presentable. So I then decided well shoot something has to go wrong either incorrect items or the dreaded cold/old food.however I couldn't have been more inaccurate with that assumption as everything was present and was made the way I like it , as well as everything was as fresh as if they had just cooked everything. Not sure what their deal is lately but we've liked the beef and cheddar sandwiches. The meat on the sandwiches is really scanty. We used to get much more meat but I guess they've changed their scales. You have to get a midsize beef and cheddar to get what it was like to have an original sandwich. These days it's not unusual to have this happened but you get more bread than you do sandwich or beef. My problem lately has been they don't put enough cheese on it either. I purposely went back up and got the manager to put more cheese on my sandwich as it was just a little dab on each one I had bought six for the family.
