I placed and paid for a $35.12 order & requested that both large orders of curly fries, the 5pc jalapeño popper and strawberry pies be cooked fresh. We did not receive the pies and had to turn around....never made it past the traffic light directly in front of location. The short black female turned her back to window when we pulled back around...the manager (elderly white lady with dark hair) walked to the window didn't open it or acknowledge us, the manager did this 3 times and the black female never turned around. After about 6min the black female asked what...I told her I paid for two pies and I want them. She then said she needed to see the bag, I informed her it was unsanitary for me to give her my bag for her to go through and that I would need fresh food if she touches my food. She said she needs to see in it and I should tilt it...when I obliged she said she couldn't see for the napkins. I was so annoyed at this point 12 min...moved the napkins and she closed the window. The manager came and said everything was in the bag...I asked her if she really thought I would scam for $3.78 worth of pastry and I just spent $35.13...that makes no sense at all‼️ 15 min in..She closed the wndow and a guy gave me a bag with one pie n closed the window. I sat there and a tall, thin white woman came from the back and proceeded to eat fries and look in my car for a couple of minutes with the black female. The black female finally opens the window and asked what agian...I said I paid for two pies and would like my other one. She grabbed another one and closed the window. I spent 20 min waiting on a crumby not fresh $35.12 order After receiving the last pie, I checked my sandwiches for accuracy and they were cold and sloppy as well as my fries.I definitely believe the manager was calling or pretending to call the police as I sat n checked my order. I guess my 20 min of waiting didnt alot me 3 min to check my clearly cold food. I was treated horribly by management and staff. I just cant believe how low people can be sometimes...I worked 11 hours today and just wanted a fresh meal. Disgusting...
Read moreHorrible. The assistant manager here was the person filling the orders at the counter. He read the receipt incorrectly and shorted us a full meal. When I went back to the counter to point it out, he told me I was wrong. I said it again, and he said the items on the receipt were on the tray. I persisted so he finally came to look at my receipt. He misread it again and told me i was wrong. I then broke down the prices for him to show him the error and he finally got our missing sandwich, but still not our fries. I had to point it out a 4th time to get those. At no point did he apologize or even act politely. He was very curt and rude the whole time. After I returned to our table, we opened our sandwiches and my daughter had the entirely wrong sandwich. I, once again, approached the counter and told the gentleman we had the wrong sandwich. He took it from my hand, without a word, walked away, told them to make another, then when it was prepped and sat back up front, he let it sit there to do other things while in left standing at the counter. After a couple of minutes he finally hands me my sandwich, not a word spoken, then turns his back on me. The food was good. About what you'd expect from an Arby's, but this was, far and away, the worst service I've ever had at an Arby's. I'm so glad I'm just visiting from out of town. I will be calling to speak to a manager about it. The asst. manager was the highest ranking person on our visit, so there wasn't much point in making a complaint...
Read moreMe and my co-workers and I would eat here almost every day. One night, we went through the drive thru like we usually do. I always use coupons and never had any issues with the previous visits. I first tried to use a coupon for some $2 milk shakes. The coupon read I could purchase up to 3 shakes for $2 each with that coupon. The manager then proceeded to tell me I could only get 1 at $2 since it was late. Then they told me I could only use 1 coupon per order. If that is their rule, that's ok, but I had been through the drive thru the previous 2 nights and used multiple coupons with no issues. I then picked the one coupon that would save the most money and used it. Since I was told only 1 coupon per order, I drove around the building and got into the drive-thru line again so I could place another order and use a coupon. The manager proceeded to tell me that they were out of what I was trying to order even though they just had it minutes prior. He knew that it was us because I'm sure he watched us drive around and get back in line a second time. He blatantly lied to me and forever lost my business. My co-workers and I would probably spend $100 to $200 a week at this location regardless of the coupons. Not anymore. We now take our...
