I just ordered $30 dollar's worth of food that was only worth $16. For the first time ever they charged be almost $5 to sub rice for beef lo main and the put it in the same container as my lunch special sweet sour chicken.. either way I got less of each because they're in the same container.
If you order online and you want to substitute your rice for another item it only gives you the option for regular lo main. I added in the notes that I want to sub the rice for beef lo main and to just charge my card extra. They took advantage of that for sure! Also the beef lo main made my sweet and sour chicken soggy 😭😭 I'm legit sad.
But this lunch special cost me almost $13... Second lunch special was delicious though.

I got an egg roll and sesame chicken with fried rice. The egg roll was nice and crunchy and done all the way through. Not mushy like so many places serve. The rice was disappointing. There were only a few fragments of onion and two peas mixed in the rice. The chicken was good, except for the sauce being way too sweet. "Asian" sauces are a lot sweeter than they used to be.
