I normally do not take the time to write out negative reviews for a company. I just choose not to give them my business. However, I would like every one to save their time and go with another restaurant or pizza hut location. I placed an order on the app, with the correct pizza hut location, correct delivery address, payment successfully made, and even received a confirmation email that the order is being made.......1 hour and 45 minutes later I called to ask about the status of my order and the manager on duty said that they never received payment. He told me that they tried to call me after confirming my phone number over the phone, but we never received a call. The payment had already been charged to my card with a confirmation in the app stating my payment was processed. He said that he never received payment. When I asked how that was possible, his reply was that this kind of thing happens a lot and that the computer system messed up. I said okay, things happen, what can we do to remedy the situation? He then told me that I can place another order and pay again. My checking account was charged, the app gave a successful payment notification, and I received a confirmation email from Pizza Hut themselves. The manager on duty told me to just call back in the morning when the assistant manager is in.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. This gentleman did nothing to help remedy the situation when it was not my fault, nor possibly his fault either. I paid for a service, did not get that service, and now have to call back to confirm my payment is returned.

We were told it would be a hr and a half wait. Here it is 745 and they tell us our order isn't in the system. We ask for some type of discount and we get a manager on the line name BRANDON. BRANDON did not apologize for the inconvenience. We asked if there was a discount we could get for waiting . he tells us "i don't got nothing for you". Here we are waiting 3 hrs for food and a 3 yr old who's bedtime is near and not ONE person is considerate. He stated their system went down at 6 and the last order is from 6:19. I asked how does that not give an indicator that there were orders placed prior to then that you wouldn't see if something happened with the system. We are honest people and only wanted an accomadation for our wait. We could have went elsewhere or picked up the pizza. This location took our cars info and says they have no record. This is fishy and I don't trust them. I will NEVER order from this location again. AND BRANDON NEEDS TO STEP DOWN AS MANAGER IF HE CANT BE A GOOD ONE. There’s no menu for you to order from and she wasn’t very helpful either. A customer who was waiting for his order seemed to know more than she did. She didn’t really have a professional appearance either. This is exactly why people don’t want to spend money on Dixie Highway anymore. I finally said cancel my order and drove to Lower Hunter’s where they were much more professional and friendlier. I know that $60.40 may not sound like much to Pizza Hut but I won’t be spending a dime at this location. I don’t know where all of these restaurants are finding these kid’s with terrible people skills and attitudes. My $60.40 that I spent at another location is what would have paid her salary. I wish that I could post NEGATIVE STARS because this location deserves it. To be honest Little Caesar has better prices and I just wanted Pizza Hut because I hadn’t had one in a few years.
