I give this location two stars because I ordered my food and hour before opening time and was sent an email that my food was ready just to arrive and had to wait. Now I was understanding because the power had went out for a second but then as I was waiting another woman came in a few minutes after me and got served before me. To make matters worse she was served my order. While I was waiting for my food to be remade she came back saying she got the wrong order and sat the food on the counter. The young man then proceeded to hand me the order that she just brought back in which made me feel majorly disrespected but because I have children I kept my composure. A young lady came and said that she would make my order over and added in some bread sticks just to get home and it was not the pizza I ordered. Due to the terrible storm that just hit my area I did not want to take my children back out so I feed them what we had but I will not be leaving nor trusting them enough to not check my food before leaving and I would suggest that you all...
Read moreIm giving three stars because of the service. Each time I go to this little caesars Im waiting for 15 mins or more for just a regular "hot n ready" pizza. Last night I waited over 30 minutes for a regular cheese pizza, and crazy bread. Three people that came in after me received their orders before me. I went up to the counter to see what was going on. The cashier didnt know what happened to my order but it wasnt there anymore. So he grabbed someone elses pizza from the warmer and gave it to me. The pizzas are supposed to be hot n ready for busy times but there was nothing.
Dont get me wrong the food itself is good for the prize. Crazy bread is my weakness. Thats what i mostly eat from there anyway. I would have gone somewhere else, but I cant beat the prize to feed my kids. And i have a lot of kids. At McDonald's it's usually around $15-$20 and that's just for my kids.
I love the food and a few of people are nice. But the wait time and...
Read moreIts alright for a cheap bite to eat. Generally there are several younger teenagers working which results in more playfulness than actual working. Most of the time the pizzas are under cooked or burned. Sometimes you will get a bonus and your pizza will be both undercooked and doughy in the middle as well as the top being burned and bubbled up. They advertise "Hot and Ready" no matter what you order be prepared to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes in their tiny over crowded seating area. Usually people will have to stand and wait as the 6 chairs are already filled with hangry waiting customers. If you think about calling your order in ahead of time, ordering on line, or using there new app be aware you pizza will be sitting for a while in the warming ovens. Then you have to peal the pizza from the grease soaked card board when...
