By far and away the WORST, never mind KFC, but, restaurant PERIOD! I love tenders, especially now with football season back, on Sundays...I ordered here 3 times, and, you guessed, 3 times they screwed up the order. The last,(and final) time was by far the worst. I ordered the 8 piece tender online special for $10.00, as soon as it verified they received my order, I left to go to the restaurant. Now mind you, i only live a little more than 1 mile away, so I got there relatively quickly. When I get there they have me pull over to the side. Well, I'm not a hospital, therefore I have no patients(patience) so I go inside. I asked about my order, and still nothing to offer me. In the meantime, the person I believe to be the store manager, is B/S'ing with someone, and totally oblivious to what is going on. After a few minutes the store starts to fill up with customers. A group of 7 come in, and 1 gentleman comes in, goes to the counter, orders, and leaves with his order, and I'm still waiting to see where my food is. Again, the manager, which can only be defined as mentally challenged, still is clueless, he isn't aware of the crowd in the store, how do I know, because I finally ask if he is the manager, which he acknowledges, and is totally shocked when he sees everyone in the store, and I ask him about my order. So he goes behind the counter to see what the issue is with my order. The little snot that waited on me mumbled something, and proceeds to get something out of the over head, what I perceive to be the keep warm oven, THROWS some tenders in a box, picks up some dipping sauces, NONE of which were what I had ordered, throws the tender box, and dipping sauces in the bag, walks over to the counter, drops the bag on the counter, turns and goes back behind the counter!!! NO APOLOGIES, NOTHING. REALLY, you little snot nosed punk, well, I don't know about you, but, you will NOT treat me like that while I'm spending money in your establishment, even if it is only $10.00. Besides, POPEYE's makes a better chicken, MUCH better, and yes, I did mention POPEYE's on this pitiful KFC review. Read moreUPDATE I recind my initial review of this location. After covid, the quality of employees has plummeted. The food is nearly always lacking, and it's hard to make a trip where the employees actually get the order right or include all of the order's items. When mistakes are made, they choose to ignore them, rather than make them right. It's now my opinion that the customer service, as well as the competence, and cleanliness of this resturant are not deserving of your hard earned money. To be honest, the quality of Lee's chicken is superior and it's right down the road. I've not had an incorrect order from Lees as of yet. Where as, KFC gets it wrong usually 3 out of 5 visits. I will no longer throw money in the trash. Eat at your own risk!
The food is good... however, the buffet is almost always lacking. Especially during weekday lunches. I've visited several times on the weekdays with my children and there is never any chicken or biscuits out in the buffet. You have to ask for the pieces, after whoever is suppose to be waiting on the front area finishes their personal conversations. Two of the times I visited there was a line forming at the buffet of people just standing around waiting for items to be refilled. The younger workers were cutting up with one another and walking slowly around, making their way as nonchalant as possible to refill the items people were waiting on.

Read moreI have a picture of the mac-n-cheese, its all dried out and hard. My biscuits were missing and I ordered a $20 fill up with 2 extra thighs on the side and I got a bucket with 4 legs, 2 breast and 2 wings, then 2 thighs on the side. That's really frustrating to need 4 thighs, order them and then get home to find I have 2. My daughter has autism and will only eat thighs, original. So she didn't get her 4 and I'm picky as well and don't like slaw unless I have biscuits. Its strange, I know but its just what I like. I like them together. I feel the service here at my local KFC has gone downhill lately and many times there are little problems but this time I'm just really disappointed and after a herd day at work for the money I pay KFC my family and I deserve a good dinner. I love the food but nobody ate that dried out mac-n-cheese because it just doesn't taste good and we all love your mac-n-cheese. I worked in food service for a short time and this is just laziness by workers not replacing food a timely manner. One time its awesome and creamy, next time its old and bland. I want creamy mac, not hard mac. Giving my hard mac-n-cheese is a waste on top of missing biscuits and thighs. If your still reading this then fix my local KFC. I want my chicken fix but I feel its just too time consuming and messy to go through my bags and bucket of chicken when they hand it to me. I feel it would be rude, but really, has it come to that.
