Usually I really love coming here but today I decided to not come back ever. So I wanted a simple shaken sweet jasmine tea. I ordered two, because I'm trying to be healthier so I decided to spend the bank that it would cost to have two sweet teas for the day. They have great food so usually it seems worth the price. They gave me this. This drink cost me $11.00 simply because I asked for shaken and not iced. $11.00 it's a joke. She showed me the amount of fluid that is actually in the beverage. It's less than a fingers worth. Its all ice which is completely dishonest to me. Now I get to spend more money going to Starbucks. My family and I are on a budget. Plus they were rude and in-attentive.The main lady was incredibly rude. Instead of focusing on me as a guest she prioritized everybody else. They were rude to me another time when I dressed up in a nice skirt but I let it go before. For $11.00 whether there is ice or not they should fill up the cup. Also, they spilled the first drink all over the place and prioritized cleaning up over getting me my beverage. Just rude. Save yourself money and go to whole foods. Whether there is ice or not they have the good sense to fill your cup. I could have bought two full marsala chai's and I would have had two cups. They literally tried to get me to pay another $11.00 for another cup of tea. I'm done.

I absolutely love this restaurant—the food is amazing and easily one of the best Thai spots in the area. However, there’s a major downside when it comes to takeout. The portion sizes are noticeably smaller than when dining in, yet the prices remain the same, which feels like a rip-off. I usually order the drunken noodles, pad thai, and summer rolls with chicken or shrimp. When dining in, they serve a generous portion, but for takeout, the servings are much smaller. On top of that, they only include a tiny container of peanut sauce and charge $2.83 for extra, even though they provide a standard amount when dining in. It’s frustrating to pay the same price for takeout and receive less food. While I love the flavors and quality, the takeout experience feels unfair, making it hard to justify the cost.

If you are gluten free or have food allergies stay far away. After multiple severe reactions I now know I cannot eat at this restaurant. It took multiple visits to figure out that the tofu is cooked in gluten. Even without ordering the tofu we all had severe reactions to our "gluten free" meals- we have had multiple reactions after multiple visits and now and we will stay away. The management puts on a front as if they care- but in the end you never know what the staff does behind closed doors.

EDIT to Respond: I am the one that found out the connection that this restaurant is serving gluten free tofu that is cooked with gluten. Once I figured out you were doing this with gluten free orders I let you know right away that this is a serious cross contamination issue. After many servers told us there was a designated gluten free fryer we kept getting sick- which is why I pressed the fryer question with you. I also had a reaction after ordering everything tofu free- so something other than tofu also has gluten in it that the restaurant is not yet aware of. I have not eaten at one other restaurant for months and nothing has changed in my diet so I am 100% certain this restaurant is full of gluten and I am still suffering from the consequences of...

Tonight my friends and I dined at Busaba, and it was some of the worst service I have ever experienced. I have never felt more discriminated against as a young women as we were treated so rudely by the host and the bartender, (both male). After being told to wait 30-45 minutes for our table, we waited over an hour. The wait was not the main issue however, is was the way we were spoken to. Throughout this time we received snarky comments from the host such as “ do you want to take a tour” when we were looking in the back of the restaurant for an available table. These comments continued throughout our time and were condescending and rude. we felt attacked as other customers of older age and opposite gender were not treated with such disrespect. When we were finally seated at the bar, the bartender overheard our private conversations, and made assumptions with no context. He chose to blatantly gossip about us with the host in front of our eyes. We went in for an enjoyable dinner and left feeling belittled and insulted. Amazing food and our waitress was very sweet, but it was a shame it was ruined by the men in...
