Food was great ! I love the fact that when your food comes out and they put it on the table in front of you it looks EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS IN THEIR MENUS ! Compared to say the hamburger chain that shows you a photo with the meat patty bigger then the bun and is hanging out all the way around with lots of leafy lettuce and nice red slices of tomatoes BUT when you unwrap it all you see it the bread of the bun and when you open it up there is the meat patty 1/4" smaller all the way around then the bun with a little slice of tomato the size of a 50 cent piece and a dash of shredded lettuce! At the top of the photo is my wife's Cajun Chicken Pasta and the plate at the bottom is the same but with the Chicken replaced with Shrimp for a $1.00 upcharge. Chill's serves it 1 piece of garlic bread and they will bring you a second slice, only it you ask for it, at no charge. But after that , they charge you extra. Note: if you get either of these dishes you need to check it as soon as you get it to make sure it's hot , because more times then not , it is barely room temperature. Don't know why but if that is the case we just ask for it to be heated up and they take it away and return it in about 5 minutes , steaming hot and Very Tasty. Last but not least ....I like my garlic bread a little toasted but as you can see in the photo it is more like warm bread with melted butter on it. I usually tell the server, when I'm placing my order , to make sure the bread is toasted. This is what it looks like when you forget to mention that you want it toasted. We got these off their 3 for $10 part of the menu. They have three categories and you get to pick one item from each of the three categories. A real good "bang for...
Read moreI hate to leave bad reviews but I just had a very bizarre experience picking up my take away order from this location. I get the text telling me to come inside to grab my food so I walk in and there is no worker around to help. Someone who appeared to be the manager with a pixie cut finally approached me and told me to go to the back corner to be helped by the to go crew. I walked back and there was not one person working but I saw my bagged order sitting behind the counter. I waited a couple more minutes and still nobody appeared. I finally aproached the woman with the pixie cut again to tell her there is no nobody at the stand and that I see my order so could I just grab it myself (i had already paid)? She told me no and to keep waiting. At this point I was obviously agitated and frustrated that this person would not just come to help me since they appeared to just be walking around the restaurant in circles. After reading other comments perhaps it was the manager michelle. Finally after a few more minutes the pixie cut woman appeared and handed me my food and I walked off still agitated. she began following me repeatedly asking “what’s wrong, what’s wrong?”. I didnt say anything but this was VERY strange and I didnt not like being followed or talked to that way. It seems like this manager saw themselves as too important to take care of a simple to go order. The food was fine but I would seriously advise this location to look into who is running it and how they treat customers and...
Read moreThis was the first time I went to this Chili's store. I went with a friend, and when we got inside, I noticed there was a young girl, about 10, sitting with her mother(?) in the BAR section.. now I don't know about Kentucky, but that is illegal in IN, and the restaurant could get in big trouble for that!! So then we ordered off the 2 for $25 menu. We decided to get the onion petals. When they came out, they were completely covered in Cajun spice. I pointed this out to the waitress, and she said that's how they come. Funny, the menu didn't say this AT ALL, and I can't handle any spicy foods. So I had to wait for another to come out without the spice. Unfortunately, they were barely warm... It took quite a while for my friend's beer to show up. Our food came out, and it was made as ordered, luckily. By this time, we were quite ready to leave. And we never were asked what dessert we wanted, and didn't realize until much later that we hadn't gotten our dessert. My daughter worked for Chili's in Seymour, IN for quite a while, and we never had these issues there, even before she worked there. Not sure if I want to go back anytime soon or not. Maybe they just had an off night, I...
