The food is amazing! Very tasty and the portions are enough. I will definitely return again. The food is five stars. The robot is five stars (but I had to ask for it as I’d been telling my guests about it). Service (non-robot) drops a star, sadly. The staff is very nice, but not overly attentive. They do not check back on you very much and you often have to wave them over. Also, if you don’t know exactly what you are ordering, you are often ordering blind (or have to google). I had a table of six, and it was often confusing as to who got what, what an item was, what was for the table and what went with a specific dish. The plates were simply placed on the table rather randomly. Language barrier, I expect, prevents a lot of verbal description of the dishes and this is not really helped by the less than descriptive menu. I am not overly familiar with Indian food and need some guidance which they are unable to provide. Most restaurants this would drop more than a single star, but there is no ill Intent; simply a lack of customer service training/skills and language barriers. The staff should really go out to eat at other mid to upper scale restaurants to see how it’s done. Oh! And the dish I was excited to have again, i (think) was told they only do on weekend mornings, which is odd. That was a bummer. So… recommended, but… maybe do some research...

I met up with a friend at tandoori fusion for lunch. I have not been there before at all but my friend had. For lunch they actually do a thali. I haven't had a thali since my one trip to India. thali is an option in Indian cuisine to try multiple different items in a beautiful steel plate. At tandoori fusion they had two options of veg or non-veg thali. They also had a premium option which gave you the possibility for paneer biryani and a paneer tikka masala. Being vegetarian and loving paneer, I went for the premium option. It only took about 15 minutes but a giant steel plates filled with small bowls came out. It was warm it was delicious and it was so appetizing. We had pakora, we had a few vegetables to have with the warm naan. We had some sambhar and kadhi to have with the rice. And a beautiful option of paneer biryani. I actually couldn't finish everything so I took the Panera biryani home. This was an elegant meal for about $15. I really enjoy having a thali with my friend and being able to catch up in this atmosphere. I look forward to coming back for lunch and trying some of the other fusion options...

Usually I come here and have an amazing experience but I was disappointed this time around. I ordered takeout and while ordering I asked if it was okay if I modified my order before finalizing so that I could remove two items that I didn't want to order and they said it was fine so I proceeded to finalize my order over the phone. I get there and I am charged for an item that I cancelled over the phone so I politely asked the host to see what had happened because I had canceled it over the phone. She proceeded to then talk over me and say that I specifically said to only cancel one item and not two and no solution was made so I just paid for an extra item I didn't originally want. The most disappointing fact was that they made me feel like a liar and didn't take the time to listen to my concern before abruptly telling their side. So instead of just paying $40 for my order I ended up spending over $54 for an entree meal I wanted to cancel while placing the order over the phone. If someone can hopefully read this and understand...

I recently dined at Tandoori Fusion - Indian Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The restaurant offered a delightful journey into Indian cuisine. Food Quality: The dishes were exceptional in both taste and presentation. I particularly enjoyed the Lamb Biryani, Butter Chicken Masala, and the Mixed Chicken Tandoori. Each dish was a burst of authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. Portion Sizes: The servings were generous, providing great value for the price. Staff and Service: The staff deserves a special mention for their warm and welcoming attitude. They made the dining experience even more enjoyable with their attentiveness and hospitality. Suggestion: While everything was nearly perfect, a small addition that could enhance the dining experience would be the inclusion of a complimentary dipping dish, as is customary in many Indian restaurants. This would be a lovely touch to start the meal.

This place opened in Fall 2017 and is starting to generate good word of mouth. Founded by an Indian technologist who has his own farm and promising to blend both Indian recipes with Western influences with farm to table eating, it was an interesting endeavor to say the least. I tried it for lunch and was definitely impressed. The interior and exterior were welcoming, the staff was professional and inviting, and the food was scrumtralescent. I had the lunch buffet, which offered a great variety of food and had an amazing presentation of it. They provided fairly decent naan bread and had good variety for vegan, carnivore, and vegetarian diets. I ordered garam garam chai and the server informed me the refills were free!! We sat outside on the patio which offers good covered and open seating. It is obvious the owner cares about quality in every detail. I'll definitely be coming back - see you there!
