Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

My Order is over an hour. After getting hung up on while waiting for answer the manager Paul informed me that the driver just left. When I asked about the Pizza Tracker stats of "Your order left the store at 6:30" Paul told me that they "clock out" for a numbers game and the food really didn't leave until "a little while ago." What other procedures are bypassed to make their day easier? When the driver FINALLY got here I told him that we waited over an hour, he wanted to argue with me! He insisted that he wasn't late. "I don't know what they told you...But I just left the store I am not late." I decided to not give a tip and then he stood in my front yard like I had done something wrong. The food looks like it was thrown in a box and smashed. I didn't realize that ordering food from Domino's was infringing on someone else's rights. The right to not be bothered by customers. The right to feel good about themselves regardless of the situation. The right to receive a paycheck for doing as little as possible. This is just not a late order complaint. The phone conversations I had at the store; being hung up on. Being told that I was out of line because "They were busy with a call in order form yesterday." If it is my fault for bothering Domino's Pizza I will make sure not to do that again! Disappointment is the nicest...

This was the worst Dominos I have ever used. I'm from out of town and ordered from my hotel. It took over two hours for my delivery...FOR LUNCH! I had ordered online, which I always do at home but appears to have been a BIG mistake since they seem to forget about the online orders & make the phone orders first. What a way to do business! When I tried to call and complain, I couldn't get anyone on the line. So, I tried again a few hours later. After finally talking to a manager, my whole order was replaced.

My daughter and I ordered the replacement order the following evening. Apparently, the service at night is no better than at lunch. We waited the usual 20 min before driving to pick up our order...there was no way I was gonna wait for another delivery. I sat in the lobby of that Dominos for 45 min before they even started making my order! That means it took them over an hour to even START making my order! They were slammed!...and Idk why! The manager finally appeared, when the cook was almost out of the weeds, and had a McDonalds bag in her hand. She then went to her office, I assume, to eat her dinner instead of helping to get her employees out of the weeds! What on earth! Suffice it to say, I'm happy that I'm home now and can order from a well rounded Dominos instead...

I didn't feel like cooking tonight 7/11 and decided to get pizza. I order it well first I forgot which location I ordered from so I call this location and a gentleman answered who sounded like he just hates his job but told me yeah it's here. So I ride over pick it up and get home and the pizza is burnt dry and no extra cheese. So I called back up there and same gentleman answered and I explained to him about my pizza he had very nasty attitude like sir I know it's Friday people order pizza like crazy on Friday but no need for an attitude for a mistake that was made by y'all. So he just said come up here I'll make another one very rude. I get up there and I wait to speak with him and he just a whole attitude the whole time and then purposely made me wait for the redo of the pizza for 30 mins. And when he finally brought the pizza to counter and just handed to me nothing else said just straight attitude. I got home and opened the pasta omg I was like seriously the pasta was dry no taste actually tasted funny and no sauce at all. Like I want corporates number because I was very calm and nice but that was truly uncalled for. Ps I only taken two bites of pasta so that tells you that my order was very rushed and not...
