Save A Lot — Local services in Louisville

I absolutely love this store my wife and I spend money in here every time we go shopping. However my thoughts on this location has took a turn. My wife is Afro Latina born in the United States but speaks Spanish. The little Cuban woman that works in this store on multiple occasions has openly spoke to her other Spanish speaking co worker and other Spanish speaking customers about darker skinned people and Americans and even her co workers while we are visiting and we never say a word. But to sit and talk about my wife and I in front of our face not knowing she can understand every word is sickening. I have fully supported Latinos and the mistreat they have been experiencing from the U.S government but this treatment towards us is a slap in the face. Racism is never okey. I’m hurt and angry and if the English speakers around could understand her they would be to. Do better, be better. We all bleed red no matter or ethnicity or skin color. never in my life thought i would experience something like this. I see it on social media but...

I gave this score because I been shopping at this store since 93,customer service make u feel awkward, last night this frog face black lady came from her register n stood there looking at me for no reason,she was mummering I said u said something, I was just saying hi,I just don't understand, why she treat me that way, I never give anybody intention that I would steal,people who do that are the main ones u have to watch,I don't want to cause a seen,but I'm will have to talk with owner,or supervisor to see what the problem is,so I won't feel uncomfortable, n they won't feel uncomfortable with me,Lord knows I wouldn't take from anybody I get too much money to do that,I worked for different restaurants, I worked for important people, stock brocker,attorney's, supervisor Bellarmine,i raised kids all my life n named them,n I don't like feeling awkward, n I want to know the reason why?????????Indian trail store,thx God...

I like this grocery store a lot as far as prices and selection, it's great. They have really good meat and produce departments. The lady who was at the register I went to today treated me like dirt and like I was not worth her time. Definitely caught me off guard bc usually the employees I've met are not so mean. That particular woman made me wish I'd gone to a different line or a different grocery store, but oh well. Aside from today I have mostly had good experiences shopping here and I still think it's a nice grocery store and im sure ill be back, but after some time has passed because I did not feel very welcome today, I felt like garbage and I felt guilty that I even had to go in there. Probably not the best place to go if you have any kind of social anxiety bc there are no self scans, you have to inconvenience one of...
