EDIT: this place has been a complete 180. I havenāt eaten here in two years and back then it was pretty rough. Either way the food was spectacular. The customer service was beyond expectations. They have a hard time getting late night drivers so sometimes you can be waiting on your order for a while and kind of knowing that from the past I called the store and told him I would like to pick it up. He canceled my order so my tip to the driver Did not get wasted since I was going to pick it up he rang my order With a fair price, but I arrived surprised to know that he had remade my food so that it would be fresh. Thank you Emerson you have a new regular there with my family for the first time in 2 years!āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø
This place is terrible!!!!!! I work a lot, so dominos is usually a go to. I have spent plenty of money with other locations and have always had a great experience and when things were sub-par they were always made right. I recently moved to Louisville about 5 months ago and have only had a order fulfilled 1 time. After about 7 placed orders. Every time I use the app and place a order, it will do the normal order tracking and state order placed, Alec is prepping your order and about 2 minutes later HE cancels MY order. The one time my order was fulfilled itās because I went there and waited at the store to have it fulfilled these last few times I have opted to call. And the guy who always answers has some excuse, and when I went they werenāt even busy but with maybe 2 other orders. These guys canāt work on more than one at a time apparently but I have ran lunch rushes my self at several different extremely busy fast food places. Namely Quiznos and Little Ceasers. This guy tells me you can come but our doors are locked and I will unlock them if you want to fill out an app and come make it my self. Just blows my mind man and is very disappointing because I enjoy dominos and now that Iāve moved to Louisville I canāt give them my money in exchange for good food and I have to get canceled and treated like junk in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed an online order a couple of weeks ago for 2 large pizza's and selected the 'No Garlic Seasoning/Sauce' on the crust, but when I went to pick it up they had the garlic on there. They offered to remake them but due to time restraints, I couldn't afford to wait. I called the store later and spoke to Theo the GM and he apologized and said that they had a new labeling system and it could be confusing. He said that he would give me a credit for 2 free pizza's.
Approximately, a week and a half later, I placed another order with the same request (no garlic on the crusts). When arriving at the store I didn't see anyone in there but about a minute later a gentleman came from around the corner to assist me. He couldn't see that notes (that I was told would be in the computer), but said that he would still give them to me, after I explained what occurred with my previous order and who I spoke to regarding it. However, when checking the pizza's, they had the garlic sauce again...very frustrating. He offered to remake them and I said ok, although again, time was a factor. He then walked directly to start making them without washing his hands, even though he just got through touching the keyboard etc and had just come from around the corner, prior to that. Both instances were around 1:00pm on a weekday and they didn't appear to be busy either time. On my first visit, I saw one employee and on my second visit, there was the one employee in the store and then a Driver walked in a few minutes later. Theo and the gentleman that helped me were nice and I realize that we all make mistakes, but I would recommend that the employees here pay more attention to detail and hygiene. Then he said it was $14, and I corrected him by stating the correct price was $7.99. Then I'm sitting waiting. Twiddling my thumbs. After about 20 minutes, I go and ask like hey is my order ready yet?""" Like one guy was eating, not doing anything. They were not busy. Yet my pizza had been ready for God knows how long. They had me sitting in the store for all of 10 extra minutes while my pizza sat ready on the shelf. Nobody let me know it was ready, and I just wasted my time sitting there with the same thing on all of the 3 tv's. If you have 3 TVs, why would you put the same channel on all 3? Isn't the point of having multiple televisions in the same room to have a variety of things on them? The only person in the store who was genuinely doing his job and who paid any attention to my needs was the black guy who was making the pizzas. I didn't catch his name. But he was the only person who noticed I was waiting, and I was at the counter needing help. He was also the only employee who was actually working on something else and helped me. Others were watching TV or eating. I'm pretty sure that one guy could have taken my order better. I saw him make my pizza, and he gave it to me. Like that guy needs a raise.
