Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Louisville

I order delivery 1-2 times a week from this location due to it being close to my work location. On 5/5 I ordered a 36 sub catering order for my team. $78 the order was incorrect - no lettuce or tomato on any sandwich - they all came plain (which I ordered 8 plain)

They stuffed 36 sandwiches in an 18 sandwich box ( the size on a shoe box)

After the the delivery guy delivered and apologized for the box and questioned why they didn’t just use two 12 boxes. I called the Manager Mike - he apologized and said he would Re-do the order for me. On 5/6 I called and spoke with the female manager on duty - I tried to take the offer for the replacement 35 box for my staff - she was short, brief - in apologetic and said she knew nothing of the issues and I would have to talk to Mike and HUNG UP ON ME after I told her she was not giving me satisfactory customer service.

Jimmy John’s on Poplar Level lost a very loyal customer with myself...

I placed an order for about 10 sandwiches in the app last night. Google Maps took us to the wrong location (no JJ’s or any other restaurants for that matter). At the same time there was no data available on my phone to find the phone number or reroute us. We found Jimmy John’s but there was no order for me. My data finally kicked in and I realized I had placed the order to be picked up tomorrow, not today. All the employees were very nice and got my order together so quickly that it was ready at the pickup time I had originally chosen in the app. I only had a $10 bill, but would have tipped more. They were busy, but did not make me feel like a bother and quickly got my order ready despite my mistake. Thank you!

Past few times I've ordered it's taken them 30 to 40 minutes to get my food to me and I ordered one sandwich and I literally live 10 minutes away.. On June 29, 2018 I ordered a Big John sandwich at 2:58 I called the store and spoke to a manager and all she could say was I'm sorry I think her name is Emily btw.. but when the delivery driver finally got here at 3:52 and I told him I was calling corporate because it took a hour to make a sandwich and deliver it he argued with me and said it didn't take a hour I said I placed my order at 2:58 and he said it ain't 3 yet well no you idiot it's almost 4 it's way passed 3.. this is the worst when it comes to delivery.. I will not be returning to this store so...
